Nastiest Pizza Hut I've ever had. You only get a decent pizza if you call and complain. Then they say they are not trained on how to make the "new" pizzas. They rotate employees too much And if you order delivery you are probably going to get a phone call that there are not delivery drivers available. I've had pizza on my doorstep twice without even ordering pizza at all. Which is weird. It's not even pizza hut, it's basically a free for all and they make it how they want to And it tastes nothing like any other pizza but I've been to. read more

They always have great food but never have a delivery driver until after 4 pm. This is frustrating not having a vehicle to pick it up myself or I would. The atmosphere is really calm and clean. read more

Wish I could do 1 star they told us they were open until 11 and pre collided the whole place around us. For dine in we were served our pan pizza in a pizza boxes with paper plates no fountain drinks. Ok so I wrote a review over 2 years ago that we were done but during the pandemic we had to start going again because they literally were the only people delivering. I have not been disappointed and the manager has really turned it around. She is always very courteous and tries to make things right every time they are out of something. I think maybe she walked into a mess and it took time to get it fixed but over the past year we have ordered (a lot!) and it has always been good and quick. The delivery people show up very fast too and even if it take s a bit to get the hang of it, they are always great about bringing anything they forgot but usually this doesn't happen after being on the job a couple of weeks. read more

After being disappointed about 8 months ago, I decided to give Pizza Hut another shot since I heard it was better now. I dined in, got a salad and a personal pan white pizza. The dining area was very clean, with no flies! Yay! The salad bar was well-stocked, clean, and everything looked fresh. My waitress was attentive without being overbearing, and the table was nice and clean with no sticky stuff all over it (huge improvement from last time). My pizza was fantastic. Just what I wanted. Cooked well, right amount of cheese and sauce. It was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be back! read more

Been here almost an hour and still haven't got our food and it was a small order. The family dining next to us had to go and ask for menus. Still haven't gotten an offer for a refill or anything of that nature. Workers look like they don't wanna be here and the floor is dirty and tables weren't completely clean. Food residue remained on them. Truly disappointed and think the staff should be talked to. read more

Zero stars. It tool 45 minutes to get our stuff, and when we did it was all burnt. Will not be going back here.

But for the disaster area in the dining room where no table had been bussed after the lunch buffet, and overlook the plague of flies in the restaurant, our experience was great at the Pizxza Hut today. Was disappointed in the service on Sunday afternoon recently. Not much pizza available on the buffet until it was time for our party to leave. Was that planned? Heard from local folks service has gone downhill since the managerial change. Heard that the former manager moved to OKC. Someone needs to step up. The Lone Wolf church people who have supported this business deserve better. We have canceled future visits to Hobart until service improves. read more

Ordered 2 medium 2 topping for $5.99 each. 1 pan with pepperoni and 1 hand tossed with pineapple & black olive, regular bread sticks, 1 Mountain Dew, 1 Dr Pepper, and a salad bar. Salad, mtn dew, bread sticks and pan pizza came out fine. Dr Pepper tasted off almost like diet. And the hand tossed pizza came out with pepperoni and black olives sent it back and waited another 15 minutes and the second pizza came out as a thin crust. Seriously is it that hard to make a pizza? Also got over charged for the 1 pizza we paid for! Waitress was far from good! No apology, nothing! When I got in the car I noticed the price was wrong, called and a manager called me back. Was told my second pizza was right and it was hand tossed! No it was not! I know the difference! It's not hard to see the difference! Was never told a pan was $1 more and then got told they couldn't give me the discount because we didn't have 2 pizzas (they refunded the 1). I damn sure ordered 2! Not my fault is was wrong! TWICE! Now that they've remodeled the inside looks so much nicer and it's actually clean! Looks more modern. Employees were very nice, and service was fast. Food was good and they got the order 100% correct. Only reason I only gave it 4 *'s is because the man that took our order took a long time writing the order down; we had to explain it to him three times and it was simple nothin difficult lol. But he was very nice and proper. I'd eat there again for sure! read more
