The owner let us know that they use a different spatula and clean the grill every time to prevent cross contamination. The gf bread is special ordered. The patty was perfectly seasoned and every piece was made with love. You can tell that there's a lot of heart in these burgers and that the owner has a passion to feed others good food. The worker we talked with the most was from the Midwest, like us! He understood second hand how important cross contamination was to someone with celiac or gluten intolerance.
