I was very happy to see Dominos come to town! They have good pizza and it doesn't hurt my stomach like some other chains. I would like to rate them higher, but I can't till they make some changes. My first two visits went well. I got there when my pizza was supposed to be done and got my pizza within 5 minutes. My third time was a different story. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:33 PM. I got there at 5:35 PM and was told it would be another 5 minutes. The tracking screen on the wall kept my name up there with 1-5 minutes next to it till they handed me my order at 6:04 PM. read more

Lunch time special is terrific! I usually have a pizza, bread sticks with a pop. Service is always terrific also.

It took 25 minutes to get a menu. And another 25 just to get the food. The service was terrible the lady was extremely rude to me and my family. The food was okay but next time I want better customer service. read more

Our family ordered a pepperoni hand tossed pizza wish was descent, and the boneless wings. The boneless wings were awesome, next time we will have to order more for our family. The delivery took about 49 minutes which is average for our town. Overall our experience was a hood one. read more

Horrible experience. The place was empty. There was our party of four, and one other party of four. First of all it took forever to get seated. The sign said to wait to to be seated, but we we ended up just sitting down. The table and chairs were filthy. In fact the entire restaurant was filthy. We tried find a clean table to move to, but they were all sticky. We started out with breadsticks. They were good, but they didn't cut them. The pizzas were terrible. We had a large pepperoni lovers, and it was so greasy the grease soaked all the way through the crust. For being a pepperoni lovers it appeared to have an average amount of toppings. Our other pizza was a large three topping. This one was better, but the toppings the were scarce. The waitress never checked on us other than to deliver food, and drop off the bill. Our drinks were never refilled, and we needed napkins. The restaurant was not busy the entire time we were there. The employees were hanging out in the kitchen talking, and eating the entire time. It's a health code violation to consume food in your kitchen! Yuck. Before I left the restaurant I attempted to use the bathroom, but it was so disgusting I turned around and walked out. Well first and formost it's been years since I been in the Pizza Hut in Ionia & I remember the original look before they changed the look of the restaurant & it looks nice inside but a little small then i remember with the origianl but that doesn't bother me at all & the pizza & breadsticks & the Hersey cookie came out good but there is some pros & cons which is to many to list here overall the service was great and wonderful like I remembered it years ago would I go back there and order again yes I would but not every day just once in awhile that's why I give it 5 stars ! read more

Buffalo sauce and chicken with the stuffed crust? Mmmmm-mm delicious. I ate it while Zooming with my friends and one started crying out of jealousy. I started crying. It was a beautiful and cathartic moment. I even woke up this morning to two bouts of smearing my toilet bowl with reddish brown pellets in a caramel swirl like my ass was also crying. PLEASE PUT SAUCE ON THE WINGS THAT PEOPLE PAY MONEY FOR!!!! The pizza is great and the delivery time is excellent, but for the 5th time now I've ordered bbq & garlic boneless wings with my order and received wings with not enough sauce to even tell which wing flavor was which! So we order a pizza and it is basically sauce less. The next time we order a pizza we select extra sauce and it is just as dry as the other one was. I'm not sure if pizza Hut is doing a sauce ration or not but it isn't cheap pizza so I would expect their to be sauce on it. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, we ordered another pizza. Again select extra sauce. We get the pizza and it is of course minus the sauce and in they dumped so much crust flavoring on it that it was pretty unbearable to eat. In addition, all three of these times ordered a two liter and every time they had to return to get the two liter because they forgot it. Haha. So, no more pizza hut for us. I must be getting old because I'm running out of tolerance for incompetence, either that or there is so much these days, I'm running out of patience. I eat almost exclusively every meal out (at least once daily) and I never complain nor send my food back, I just suck it up! Tonight I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut in Ionia. Here is the chain of events: I observed the driver driving up and down my road, even though my light was on and my house number is clearly visible. He was looking at his phone (probably checking his GPS instead of looking at the house numbers). I ran outside in my bare feet and flagged him down. I paid him and then gave him a tip. He never thanked me for the tip and looked at me as though it wasn't enough. I then opened my pizza and find that it was a stuffed crust pizza, not what I ordered. I detest stuff crusted pizza, as I'm "Old School", I want a traditional pizza. I ordered it on line, therefore, I thought I ordered the wrong pizza. I called Pizza Hut; the clerk asked me what was the number on the box. I inspected the box and told her that there was no number. She insisted there was a number and to look on the side and bottom of the box, which I did, to no avail. No number existed. She looked up my order and concurred that they made a mistake and sent the wrong pizza. She said they would have the correct one in 20 minutes. I waited an hour, no pizza. I called back. She said it was on the way. About 5 minutes later I received a call from the delivery boy who was lost and wanted directions to my house. At that time I was over having pizza about 2 hours into the event. I told him to take the pizza back and have his manager call me. Again, to no avail, she never called. After about an hour I called her. I explained the chain of events. She said that she would send me a coupon for a free pizza next time I ordered. I laughed to myself (does she think I'm ever going to order another pizza from Pizza Hut!) I told her never mind I will call the General Manager on Monday. Pizza Huts spends millions of dollars advertising to get customer's. But it's fruitless if they cannot manage their operation (I'm speaking of the Pizza Hut in Ionia). My point is, this is a microcosm of our society. Very poor quality, bad management with adsorbent prices. This was the demise of the auto industry. read more

too bad zero stars is not an option. i am disgusted with the way pizza hut delivered and handled business yesterday. my teacher let us order a pizza but they refused to deliver to us. They said that they would only deliver to the ionia highschool, not the career center. We are two complete different businesses. My teacher was nice and respectful to the delivery driver, explained to him why they should deliver to the career center, then tipped him $5. She later was told that the pizza hut manager called the school back saying she was very rude, which wasn't true. The pizza was terrible, no sauce, very dry and multiple kids got sick. the pizza wasn't even cut, we had to make slices ourselves. we asked for regular pepperoni and got mushroom and peppers. very, very disappointed with pizza hut, how they do business, food quality and how they handled the whole situation. never ordering from here again. read more

We have either eaten in or picked up our pizza from the Ionia MI Pizza Hut on Dexter. We have always had great service and great food. I would recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone knowing they would be as pleased as we are. We will continue enjoying their pizzas for a long time to come. Salads are great too! read more

First ones to come in when they opened. Found the place dirty, tables not washed fully, floors with food on it. Inside looks as if they was aiming at more of a sports bar look then a family eatery. My family ordered breadsticks and sauce for carry out online. Mistakenly assuming they would supply us with the correct order, my dad picked up the box and without opening it to check, drove 7 miles home. Upon opening the box at home, we find someone else's half-eaten LEFTOVERS, comprised of about two cheesy breadsticks and open containers of ranch and marinara sauces. When my parents drove back to the restaurant to address the issue, they were greeted by an employee with an unapologetic, nasty demeanor and the promise of a $10 credit toward a FUTURE purchase. I would like to update that the manager called me today, apologized multiple times, and offered to send coupons to give them a second chance and to make it right.
