Definitely not ideal if you're in a hurry. Also, if you plan on paying in store, make sure to have cash as a backup. Their debit machine can be really unreliable. In my case, it took over 10 tries and multiple resets before the payment finally went through. The staff were super apologetic, and the lady at the counter let me know this happens often, which isn't great but at least she was kind and honest about it. That said, the panzerottis are amazing. I'm not a huge fan of their pizza itself, but I'll keep going back just for the panzerotti. Worth the wait... if you have the time and patience.
