I would literally give this Pizza Hut a zero if I could. Super rude employees, who apparently don't understand how the online ordering works swore they didn't have the order under the correct name give them the phone number suddenly they find it under the correct name as well when I originally asked if I could just give them the order number they tell me no that they need the name and the phone number which why give an order number then the sauce is runny and watery as well. This is by far the worst establishment to get pizza from. I placed on online order for delivery. I had to go and pick up my pizza myself after waiting on it for over an hour. I get to the counter only for the guy to tell me there was no order with my name. I look in the warmer and see my whole order. The guy goes there's no name on it but he would check. I point out my name on the box and he goes "oh I just saw that". Tf. An older gentleman comes out from the back and I explain to him my situation and he goes oh, I don't know why it wasn't picked up. Like yeah ok, I ask what can we do to rectify me having to come and get my own order and he gives a bs store credit. I will never visit this pos of an establishment ever again. On top of all of that, I check my order and I'm missing some marinara sauce. The guy goes I'm sure it's in there, as if I'm lying. I turn my box around and he goes oh. I then said I need my drinks and he goes I didn't see any drinks with this order. I once again show my order receipt and the guy goes oh. The staff is highly unprofessional and extremely rude. The past 2 times I have ordered, the service was horrible. The first time I only got half of my food, and was told it i was going to be getting a credit and received nothing. The second time I get a discount through the app but get charged the discounted amount by the doordash driver, so I called the store and the manager "Lilly" couldn't explain why this happened and tried to say it was my card's fault when I have always used the same card. I ordered the Big Dinner Box with three medium pizzas. I paid for extra cheese on the pepperoni and it barely had cheese let alone extra cheese. The Super Supreme had more toppings than cheese. The cheese pizza had lots of cheese which I did pay for. I really like Pizza Hut as I grew up on it however every time I order it always comes up short. First and foremost, I need to acknowledge an amazing employee named Jen who went above and beyond for myself and my boyfriend. So I call this location on Friday 03/23 at 11:40pm to ask if they're still accepting online orders and the person on the phone says yes but only for pickup and we HAVE to be there by midnight. She was very clear about that. No problem. So my boyfriend goes running out the door while I place the order on my app. Well my dumbass makes the order for SATURDAY night at 11:45, which means Pizza Hut never got the order, which means the ovens were turned off before my boyfriend got there. Unfortunately, the news is devastating; there's not much they can do other than give us some wings. Oh well. That's my bad for screwing that up. But while my boyfriend is on the phone with me letting me know what's going on, in walks Jen who offers to make the order anyway. She offers to stay late (when she did not have to) just to make these last pizzas for us. Not all heroes wear capes, y'all. This goes beyond just exemplary customer service. First and last time ordering from this location and probably from any location, horrible experience. I placed the order online and it said delivery time 25-35 minutes (8:05 PM), okay great. Submit order and it says it will be delivered at 9:35 (1.5 hours???), so I call and ask which is correct because if it is going to be 9:35 I will pick it up, I live 2 miles away. The girl that answers tells me between 8:30-8:40. At 8:40 I get a text update telling me that my order is out for delivery, okay... At 9:00 I call and it just rings and then gets disconnected. Again at 9:02 I call and the same girl answers as before, I explain my frustration and she "transfers me to the local store" I thought that is where I called?!?! No one answers and it just rings and then disconnects me. Again. Finally at 9:27 I receive another text message saying my delivery is approaching, It was 9:29 when my pizza, wings and cheesy breadsticks arrived. Cold. So it was 49 minutes that my food sat from the time it was picked up to be delivered, and was probably sitting before that. Pizza Hut needs to do better. read more

From waiting for my order for over an hour (while in store) all for them to misplace my order and give me cold pizza - but this last time we decided to give them another shot and this was the absolute last! We ordered for delivery, our pizza was done within 20 mins and we received a text saying our order was on its way 15 mins later only for me to get a text an hour after I ordered saying a doordasher would be picking it up and be at my house in 30 mins that means my food will have been sitting for over an hour - my husband had to leave the house and drive to see what was going on. They couldn't find our order then tried to give him a freezing cold pizza box and argued with him that it just came out! Lies! I order a big dinner box and my amount came out to $36 and some change. I had to go into my bag to get the money and the driver see me pull a bunch of money out my bag so when I gave him $39 he said thank you and walked off. He comes back with $14 in hand saying I only gave him $9. Not only did the driver admit he tried to play me the pizza had too much cheese and 4 pepperoni on it. To add insult to injury they brought me back the same pizza they just added a few more pepperoni on it and it was all cold. So they have a driver that's tryin to scam people and a manager that think it's ok to send back the same pizza I just complained about. We ordered the bundle they have with the two medium pizzas, breadsticks and 2 liter of pepsi. We wanted to enjoy a night in so we ordered it delivery. We got everything but our 2 liter. They do delivery through a third party I guess so we couldn't even talk about it with the driver. We called the store at its "speak to a member in the store" option FIVE TIMES and every time is just rang until hanging up. We even tried using the other options like the "place an order" option and the "check status" option. Both of these lead us to someone that works at a call center trying to transfer us to the store which again, was a dead end. Eventually I told her not to transfer us and we needed someone to actually talk to about this. She gave me the corporate number which ended up suggesting we call the store. Using another menu option on that line let us talk to a guy that was very robotic, but kind. But after explaining everything I had to ask about what will be done about this, and asked for a refund because I doubt we'll get anyone to bring our soda. He was kinda surprised I asked, which was weird. He must have assumed him making a report of it was good enough lol At the end of the day it's just a two liter of soda, and I'm not too upset about it. But the lack of customer service and getting anyone to answer the phone is unreal. That's the real problem, everyone makes mistakes, but these holes in service need to be fixed. read more
