Uggg, what can I say. The good is it's Pizza Hut, you know the one that always has a rich buttery crispy crust. Unfortunately this one just can't seem to get it right. The final straw was I ordered 2 pizza and an order of breadsticks. Some how this location thinks it ok for the pizza to be ready 20 minutes before the breadsticks then your pizza is cold. If I could give zero stars I would. I am incredibly patient, but cannot even wrap my head around the terrible customer service. I ordered and was supposed to have received it by 10:05pm. At 10:26pm I called and was told he delivered it to the wrong house, and he saw someone come out and get it and I could go next door and get it, which is absolutely insane. I told him I'm not going to my neighbors house at 10:30 at night to get a half eaten pizza because he couldn't confirm the address on the house before dropping off the order and leaving. I was then told that the ovens were off for the night so there was no way to get the food I ordered well over an hour before. I was told by the manager that he couldn't refund me and I would have to call TUESDAY when the district manager is there. It is SUNDAY. He then told me that the refund did not include the tip, which I disputed because why on earth would I tip someone who could not look at the address on the house AND on the mailbox which has LIGHTS lighting up the house number. The delivery driver said "my gps said I arrived" so he dropped it off without looking at the address. I was extremely patient and beyond nice to the manager, and expressed my extreme frustration because now I have a house full of people who are hungry and my pizza is being enjoyed by the neighbors AND I can't get a refund until TUESDAY. At this point he told me "I don't design the system, I just work here." No manager should EVER tell a customer they "just work here." That is unacceptable. I told him that, and that as the manager he needs to fix the situation, not tell me that he just works there. You do work there, and I paid for you to do your job. He told me the ovens take over thirty minutes to turn back on, I told him that he should have already turned them back on instead of repeatedly deflecting responsibility to the driver, the system, the manager not being there until Tuesday, none of which are my fault. All I did was pay my hard earned money to end up without food and crying because of the lack of competence. I cannot even wrap my head around the lack of customer service and quality. As he talked over me, I finally said I cannot argue with him and he most definitely will not be hearing from me for the last time, to which he responded by hanging up on me. I have been BEYOND patient and do not deserve to have to wait two days for a refund and get hung up on when this is not in any way whatsoever and issue that I caused. I am most definitely spreading the word to all of my friends and family to avoid Pizza Hut in Louisville if you actually want your pizza or any semblance of good customer service. Now at 11:00pm on a Sunday I am scrambling to feed my family, and it is absolutely unacceptable. I hope that someone will contact me ASAP to refund me, including the driver's tip. This whole situation is unnecessary, beyond disappointing, and unacceptable. I tried leaving a voicemail at the number the manager struggled to find (he told me it's not a number they keep in the store, which they most definitely should even if their customer service was good), the called repeatedly disconnected and would not let me leave a voicemail. read more

It's a Pizza Hut what else can you say. My family and I have ordered food here for years it is always hot and fresh. You can see into the kitchen and it is clean. I have never noticed anything unsanitary and have never gotten ill from their food as another reviewer stated. Perhaps they had a negative experience or maybe they had the flu. At any rate I feel bad they were sick but, we'll keep ordering food from here. Plus they are always so nice to my daughter when she redeems her book it rewards. read more
