No update until i call them which took 15 minutes for anyone to pick up, i tell them about it and they practically say it's not there fault when I ordered through Pizza Hut website. This is one of my favourite "fast food" pizza places. My husband and I usually get the Canadian pizza which comes with mushrooms, pepperoni and bacon. The ingredients taste great and I am someone how is rather picking about pizza sauces but I find theirs is the best. We originally started eating Pizza Hut for the pizzas but started getting boneless wings as well and they are a crowd pleaser. The only issue I have ever had with the company was when I tried to have them correct and online order that I had made a mistake on. When I tried calling the restaurant, I was on hold for 25 minutes before anyone answered. By the time the phone was answered my pizza was already made with the mistake in the order. But besides the small inconvenience, I have had good experiences. read more

Pizza Hut at the Sackville Location is wonderful. I live in Bedford and order from these guys every month. To be completely honest they have made errors in my order in the past but have been so quick to send me the new correct order that I can forgive them for that. But my biggest review goes to the delivery guy. I always get the same person and he is absolutely wonderful. He is so sweet and now personally checks my order before it goes out to make sure it is correct. Best service I have gotten from Pizza Hut and I have ordered from other locations when I lived in other areas. But the Sackville location has the best staff. read more

WORST PIZZA HUT EVER!!!!!! Bought $70 worth of UNCOOKED PIZZA and was told next time i should ask for it to be "well done" ..... never knew I had to put in a special request to have my pizza actually cooked? UNREAL - I spoke with the "secondary manager" who refused to listen to anything I was telling him, refused to give me a refund, or even send the driver back to get the pizza ....... NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. They are so hit or miss it isn't even funny. Even if they mess up (which 9/10 they will) they will NOT own up to their mistakes or even make right by their mistakes. This place is expensive but I can say I've never been disappointed! I'm a believer in don't care what it costs of I can say it was an excellent meal! I can't get enough of the bone out wings! Always get a 22 piece mild order and they're extremely filling. Even the mild has a kick, but this time I decided to get medium for some unknown reason. I like spicy food but I'd hate to get the hot because medium was making me sweat. The pizza..... Always good! And that cookie they got.... If you haven't tried it, you gotta try it.
