Arrived in this small town about 7pm on a weeknight. I wanted to grab a reasonably quick bite to eat, not too many choices in this town. And with my hotel only a short distance down the road I certainly did not want to drive far. So I saw this Pizza Hut restaurant and I thought I'd give it a try. I wanted to dine inside, so after stepping into the restaurant I was greeted nicely and promptly taken to a booth for seating. First impressions were very good - the restaurant was very clean and well lighted. We were the only ones in the restaurant and they did not appear to be doing any real carry out or delivery service so I was a bit unsure of what to expect. Our waiter brought us two nice glasses of ice water, much appreciated since I was thirsty, and we ordered the large meat lovers pizza since that was a special. The pizza arrive pretty quickly, obviously freshly made, and it looked and smelled wonderful! The pizza was delicious, and the crust was typical of a Pizza Hut pan pizza - very good. The person that answered the phone was very rude. She was very rude when asked if they would deliver to our address and she yelled "YES WE DELIVER EVERYWHERE!!" And sounded very annoyed. Considering that we are loyal customers and was asking a simple question, she was very annoyed which was a big turn off from the establishment because if she can have an attitude over our simple question, would she be willing to mess with our food?? Ordered to go, by phone. quickly discovered they don't tolerate special orders, like mixing my wings with more than one sauce. It's ok, I get it. The kid taking my order seemed overwhelmed and made it much more complicated than it was prompting the manager to take over. Immediately in a very hostile tone said, "WE DO NOT MIX WINGS IN MORE THAN ONE SAUCE!". Which was a question that had long been over by this point. The order was done and I forgave the attitude since it was Friday night and I assumed they were swamped. Apon arriving I could see they were not busy at all and I know why. my wings, which normally I think very good, were terrible. Swimming in sauce and $10 for 8 of the tiniest wing pieces. The pizzas always good, but I formally worked here and the owner/manager was found on Facebook talking badly about me and telling people lies about things while I worked there even though I was "let go" because of COVID yet no one else way "let go" The younger lady named Sarah though is always kind, and cheerful and always makes us wanna go back again! She always has the place clean and tidy upon arrival as well. So for food I'd say it's amazing, but for service I'd say mediocre. read more

Of all the Pizza Places in Millersburg, Ohio and there are a few, I love Pizza Huts Pan Pizza the best. During the week they have a pizza buffet, sadly I am rarely free to partake in that. I was there today on a Sunday. It looked short staff as there was only one Server, she did a fantastic job waiting on the few quest that were eating there today, (4 tables including my own). But if their were more she would have been hustling. I ordered the cheese bread sticks, love those. Would have gone for the Salad Bar, but it just didn't look impressive enough, so I past. It wasn't crowded, nice atmosphere, it's cold in there so take a sweater. Give them some business and stop in. read more

We got into town on a snowy night and no one was delivering but Pizza Hut and we were starving. It had been a long time since I had Pizza Hut taste as good as this place!! The thin crust pizza and breadsticks were cooked perfectly! It took me back to childhood when Pizza Hut was in its prime. Also, huge thanks to the lady who delivered our pizza to us!!! We order every week when we're at dance class and every time we call an employee named Jen answers and asks if we want the usual. They have it ready when we get there for pickup. We usually order wings, pizza, breadsticks, and meaty marina pasta and they are always fresh and delicious. read more

My mother and I went for lunch and talk about a joke! This place had an amazing male manager last year and as soon as he left it went down hill, again! Bread sticks were cold and tuff, service sucked! We had to ask for refills They didn't care about anything. The attitude was ridiculous. There are two women who work there that are as rude as it gets. April and Amber. The only saving grace to this trip was the pizza. It was delicious. Ordered from our hotel, holiday in express, which I won't recommend. It arrive hot, quickly and was delivered by a pleasant lady wearing a mask. Our only complaint was that knowing that it was going to a hotel, they should have included napkins, forks and plates with the order. Not a bad chain store pizza on a busy Friday night. read more

Would not recommend to anyone. This place has Terrible management, and can't seem to get the orders right. They constantly forget stuff, Also I made a order recently took them over a hour to get the food to us. We call, and the girl who claimed to be the manager bassicly told us that she does not have this order and that there's nothing she is going to do about it and said to get ahold of our bank. This is not management this is lazy people who gave up on their job. The girl who delivered was a sweetheart she apologized and she was super nice. Will not be eating here again and I'm a local. I cannot believe this place is still in business. One time I ordered five pizzas for pick up, when I got home I had four pizzas and an empty box. An empty box! ?? This evening I placed an order online. Knowing that the time estimates you get online can be suspect, I called immediately to confirm the receipt of my order and ask what time the order would be ready. I was told 15 minutes. Upon arrival I was told it was not ready. 30 minutes later, my order was done, but I could not pick it up because now in my third trip thru the drive thru and I was stuck in the queue behind someone else whose pizza was not done. I'm not upset that it took 45 minutes to prepare my order. What's upsetting is calling and being told 15 minutes when in reality it took 45 minutes. If I'm at the drive thru at the appointed time and my order is not ready, they should instruct me to park and they should bring it out to my car. Worst pizza around! Ordered a pizza with pepperoni beef mushrooms onions banana peppers, got a sausage pepperoni. Called them they said they gave me the correct pizza I said never touched the one they gave me then they said they would make me another I said this would have to be delivered then they said I would have to tip driver. I said this was not my mistake and they would have to take care of driver. They wanted the pizza back that they made first time that was fine for me it was a greasy mess! They finally delivered the new one and it might of had a total of 6 banana peppers maybe 6 mushrooms and could not tell if it even had any onions on it! Amazing wings, friendly waitresses and great pizza & breadsticks. Seems like they always do service with a smile. Hubby likes their salad bar, it is a little small, but has what you'd expect in a salad bar except cottage cheese. Buffet is pretty good, usually gets busy and sometimes people take so much it seems that it's hard for them to keep stocked while other stuff is baking, but when it comes out fresh and hot it's worth the wait. We order for pickup a lot, and the girls there know my name because of that and call me by name even though we do not personally know each other. They make it feel like we do. Only con I think I had was once the Juke box was extremely loud when it came on and scared everyone, but we asked them to turn it down and they did it with no problem. I would recommend.
