We ordered the triple treat box tonight, 12/07/2024. I ordered the hand tossed with light sauce and ground beef and my boyfriend ordered the pepperoni. Our pizza's had no cheese on them and both were over baked. The bread sticks were hard and extremely Chewy. The Cinnabon mini cinnamon rolls were good. We ordered on the app and when we arrived to pick up our order it wasn't ready. Waited 20 minutes only to have both pizzas be wrong with missing and wrong toppings. The cook argued with the manager when asked to remake the order. Waited another 30 minutes and finally got the right order. They did send the incorrectly made pizzas home with us. So I walk in there like 1 person waiting. I give team member my name for carry out. I wait. So far at least 3 other ppl with carry out come in and receive their orders. They forget my breadsticks and give it to this lady who was missing her breadsticks, now they have to re make mine.... all while I'm waiting.. the team members are cursing and being exceptionally unorganized. What can we say about this place..... yes all of the negative reviews are true.... there is only one Pizza Hut in the area but there are many pizza options in Monroe. We ordered delivery, and an hour later they called and said they were having staffing issues. Said we would be there to pick it up, we arrived and they had cancelled the order and they said that we would have to place it again. NEVER AGAIN! read more

Do not evvvveeeerrrrrr deliver here!!! I stay in Gwinnett but come all the way here whenever i visit family that stay in Monroe & the first time i ordered for delivery it was for my boyfriend & I & we only ordered wings. It was &45 total. The website said it would be ready in the next 30 mins but ended waiting for my food for over an hr. They gave us store credit so i was like whatever. 2nd time was most recently. I ordered a pizza & that large chocolate chip pan cookie. I ordered it exactly at 7:48 & didnt get it till almost 12 a.m.!!!! Then it arrived cold & thw cookie was really hard to bite through or pick apart. They tried giving store credit again when i wanted a refund as i deserved it, burlt they made a billion excuses to not give me it. I really just dont understand how it always takes long. They make it seem like theres so many people ordering from them & Monroe is not a big city at allllllllllll. This place is the worst. I frequently try to order delivery and the only time I can actually get through to this place is about 3pm. It's gotten to the point they won't even call to tell me they are not making my order. I will place an order online, pay and wait for about 30 minutes, no updates on the tracker and try to call to see if they are going to make my order or refund my money. No response. Update: I called Pizza Hut's corporate customer service line the day after I ordered my pizzas and although they said they couldn't give me any compensation they would have the store manager call me. She called me the next morning and after talking with her about how the guarantee was still on Pizza Hut's website and my first two hand tossed pizzas did not have any seasoning I was finally given credit for a free pizza. While I am glad they eventually lived up to their guarantee, if you have a problem with this location do not expect for them to fix it without a call to corporate followed by more arguing with them and wasted time. Since Pizza Hut launched their new and "improved" hand tossed pizza and was promising a replacement guarantee if you do not like it, I was excited to try it from our local Pizza Hut even though I've had bad experiences here before, one being having my pizza given away and having to wait 45 minutes in the parking lot for them to make me another one. Although I swore I would never go back, I did and the two new hand tossed pizzas we ordered had no seasoning on the crust whatsoever and tasted like generic pizza dough. Dissatisfied, I ordered another hand tossed pizza which I assumed would be free. When I got there to pick up my pizza and told them I'm trying to take advantage of their guarantee they told me that it has ended and is only good on a pizza with a different crust than the new hand tossed one. The shift manager called a higher up manager and she refused to provide me with a credit to my phone number, which is all they offer you when you have a dispute with them. When I told them I didn't want the pizza they threatened to call 911 on me so I begrudgingly paid them. The replacement pizza was better than the two original ones since it had butter on the crust and a slight amount of seasoning but it failed to live up to their advertisements and had no special flavor that would ever get me to purchase another one. I guess a few dollars of credit is worth more to them than a customer and I will never purchase anything from another Pizza Hut location again. Pizza Hut's new hand tossed pizza is a complete disappointment that will hopefully decrease their customer base and get them to realize that customer service and taste should come before profits and pushing false guarantees and new but weakened versions of their products onto customers. read more

Worst pizza experience of my life for the second time in a row. I haven't ordered from this Pizza Hut for a few months because the last time I did, the order was wrong upon delivery, and also the pizza did not taste right at all. So months later I decided to give them another chance.... I made my online order, received a phone call a few minutes later from Pizza Hut telling me the delivery would take 3 hours and I might as well pick it up. They told me to leave right away because it was almost done. I didn't even leave right away and the pizza still wasn't done when I got there. I had to sit there and wait for an additional 30 min while listening to the cooks in the back laugh about how half of our pizza was burnt and the other half rare. I will never be coming back to this Pizza Hut or maybe even Pizza Hut in general. What a way to ruin my opinion of what used to be my favorite pizza establishment. Btw yes, the pizza was burned on one side and underdone on the other. Too chewy to eat. What an excellent way to waste an entire evening after work. This location no longer has salads. Our table ordered 2 pizzas at the same time they came out almost 10 minutes apart. The second pizza was way over cooked and too hard to eat. When we were seated we were told that a large 3-topping pizza was 11.99. When the bill was brought out the pizzas were rang in at 16.99. The second pizza we sent back and asked for it to be taken off the bill. The waitress Brandi threw the pizza away without showing to the manager; the pizza was not taken off the bill we had to speak to the manager who was not informed by the waitress that there was a problem. I'm not sure what is going on in this location but it appears they are lacking in adequate management. read more

Horrible idea for this location to do delivery. I decided to give it a shot and after waiting over an hour we find out that the delivery driver is pulled over and being towed due to lack of insurance. And to top it off, the girl on the phone asked if I could get to the driver to get my order! I switched to Dominos after issues like this, with carry out being ridiculously long, and I will be avoiding Pizza Hut from this point forward. read more

Then a store credit for your next order is all that's offered and they mess that order up also, just to offer another store credit not knowing you don't intend on ordering from them anymore therefore a store credit is useless! read more
