I also had to go to the counter, (there was nobody there because the cashier was sitting at a table, the drive through cashier yelled her name across the restaurant for whoever was supposed to be there) to request the rest of my order which was sitting on the counter. This is a constant problem at this and many other fast food locations across our country. Every issue listed is directly related to the lack of supervision and lack of ownership within the management team.... You need to get a grip on your crew.... Fire the useless ones...
