I had the worst experience at this location. I placed an order online and paid for it. Once I…read morearrived during operational hours I was told they closed early and given a receipt (not a refund) to come back. The ambiance was dead so I understood. I left only to be met with the worst customer experience. I was again too late (after work) during operation hours to find them closed. I went on a day off and then requested a refund which I was denied unless management was present and they were gone for the day. I went again and this time I was over it and agreed to have my $30 order for several people made exactly the way I had ordered. The employees tore the took my food receipt to the back and brought it back torn. They then said they couldn't prove or look up my transaction because there was no date on it. I pulled it up on my app. They got on the phone with management who I'm sure had heard of my previous issues by now and I agreed to just take the sandwiches (even tho the other two people who ordered were not present to eat them were me). The employee who had rudely interrogated me about the appearance of the previous employees I had spoken to then decided she didn't want to make my sandwiches. She walked to the back and tried to make another employee do it. When she finally walked back to the food prep line she told me not to speak to her and she would read the receipt so i could ask questions or make changes. This person should be immediately fired. Below is my complaint to corporate. Upon arrival I presented my coupon to an employee who walked away to the back with it. Another employee walked back with it and the top portion was ripped off. She said she couldn't help me because she didn't know what's date the transaction was made. Then she proceeded to interrogate me on the previous times I'd returned and who I had spoken to. She kept interrupting me while I was trying to respond then yelling at me asking me to describe the employees specifically while rolling her eyes. It was this young woman who was the most rude and extremely unprofessional she should not be employed in any line of service. Much less customer service. She kept trying to make another employee make my sandwiches while she just stood there. There were no other customers in the store. She instructed me not to speak to her while making my sandwiches. She was going to read my receipt so I was not allowed to speak is what she told me. She repeatedly asked me to be quiet and kept walking away to the back threatening not to proceed if I asked any questions or requested any changes. These were my sandwiches! I didn't understand what her logic behind this attitude was. She needs to be fired asap. I will never again go to this location and quite frankly any subway in Louisiana. I'm from Texas my mother worked for subway for years and I have never seen such disgusting behavior.
