Left the food on my doorstep, in the rain, for 40 mins. Foods cold, but the worst part is, big black ants were swarming it before I found it. So disgusting. Pizza but in Newton Falls stopped delivering pizza to our address which is only about 4-5 miles away from the store, so I quit ordering there and I spent a lot of money there too. If I order now I have to go pick it up so if I'm not good enough to have the delivery I will have to order from Domino's Pizza just down the road from them. Is Pizza Hut the best pizza in town, no. Absolutely not. Are they a cheap quick alternative? Sure. Does it have a taste that you crave every now and again? You betcha. There are better options around but if you want to call ahead on your way home to place an order and pick it up on the way through this is your best option. Heck, you don't even have to get out of you car because they have a drive-thru. They have always been super quick when I order. 15-20 minutes for 2 pizzas and wings isn't bad compared to the typical 30-45 minutes during peak hours. Like I said, it's not the best pizza around but sometimes you just want a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and nothing else will do. I do like the new crust and swirl flavors you can get. The Honey Sriracha is my favorite. The boneless wings are decent as well. I like the Parmesan Garlic and Asian flavors personally. There is typically a deal going on. Usually a $10 any topping large pizza. Also combo deals like 2 mediums and 10 wings for X amount of $. Sometimes they have local deals aside from the national stuff you see commercials for so calling can help you out there. I guess there is a small dine-in area here but from the few times I've gone in it isn't very big. No salad bar or pizza bar like other locations. I like using the Pizza Hut App to be honest. I just pull it up, build my order (with prebuilt in deals), pick it up on the way through in under 20 minutes at the window. Easy as that for a quick pizza night. In fact, it is the only way I will order Pizza Hut now. I've never had a problem with their service but then again, all I really do is pay the person at the window and grab my food. Orders have always been correct, hot and ready. It's an option. read more

I ordered 3 medium pizzas from here on the way to visit family. I picked them up in stores and the staff were friendly. The restaurant inside was clean and quaint with a more Italian vibe than other dine-in Pizza Huts. The pizza was hot and made correctly, mine was very good but my aunt's pizza had too much sauce and my pizza seemed to not have much sauce at all. My mom said hers was skimpy on cheese. I ordered extra cheese so I couldn't compare hers to mine but it did look lacking in cheese, even for a chain restaurant. I will probably order from here again but I would hope the pizzas would be more consistent next time. read more

Just about the worst Pizza Hut ever. Toppings left a two inch uncovered overbaked crust. I paid for double sausage...and needed a magnifying glass to find it. Young people working there who really didn't care. It was near closing time and they were busy getting ready to leave. read more

I had a $60 order total, $36 for hot wings and they gave me a bucket full of those nasty bone out chicken McNuggets and none of them were even covered in sauce all the sauce was just laying on the bottom of the bowl. drove all the way back down there and they couldn't even give me a refund because some specific certain manager wasn't at work that day.. so now I have to go down there a third trip to get my refund for a wrong order... they asked me if I wanted to keep the bone out wings and I said heck no those are nasty they didn't even have sauce on them at all. In the same spot and Newton Falls there's a Pizza Hut, McDonald's and a Taco Bell and they are all the most horrible places to order food.. the service is unbelievably slow and the orders are never right and if you order online you have to go at least three trips at a minimum to get your order right or get a refund... problem is they have to hire all the retarded children from the Lordstown Chevy plant employees and none of them are worth a damn just like their parents weren't or they wouldn't make such a crappy car and get shut down... read more

We ordered 2 pizzas from here via the website and they messed up the order. We called to complain and they promptly sent out 2 replacement pizza, but they messed up those ones as well, so they ended up giving us $20 in credit. My 4 year old later spent half the night vomiting pizza, which they probably spit in or threw on the floor. read more

Pizza Hut used to have some really great pizza, that is no longer the case. The pizza taste like it was made from a frozen food style pizza. No taste, some of the worst pizza around. Surprised they can stay open. read more

Normally I would give a 5 Star rating to our Pizza Hut but after my latest experience don't think we will be going there anymore. I order from there quiet often between practices events etc it's quick & there's a variety. Sometimes I order 2x in a week. Never had an issue with taste but on a couple occassions dipping sauce, a salad or pop end up not delivered not a big deal or worth complaining abt. Last Friday I placed an order online to pick up it was during a slow time in the day (so no reason it should of been messed up!) I ordered a Meat sauce pasta w/ Cheese sticks (had to pay extra to get cheese on), another order of Cheese Sticks w/ extra dipping Sauce. Then a Pizza as well. The only thing that was right was the Pizza but that was mine! Everything my kids ordered was WRONG we got breadsticks no cheese, & Alfredo chicken pasta umm yeah my kids don't like that & we only like cheese sticks esp when hello I pay for it. Already waited 10min after the time then they want us to wait another 20? NO we were on our way to a practice that we could not be late for I told them I didn't even want it keep it we'd go somewhere else bc they won't eat it. Guy says I'll refund $25 go ahead n just take it. Never see a refund bk to my back going yesterday & tell me it was a 25$ credit on my pizza Hut acct! Not acceptable when he said refund I paid for that meal which Noone ate so I had to get them something else! Disappointed in the respect & service received not only the 1st time but 2nd time also bc the guy that helped me the 1st time was there & hid behind boxes & left it all on the cashier.
