Food was bubbling hot and ready to eat! We had a diverse group of 25 and they prepared a varied selection of pizza for us from cheese to supreme to bbq chicken which satisfied all taste buds. Everything was served with on the run with a smile and lots of napkin's and generous drink refills. The ambience was just right for our group. read more

While I tried to eat local for the vast majority of my meals while traveling across Northern Indiana by wheelchair, by the time I arrived in the small college town of North Manchester, home of Manchester University, I was a bit tired and soaked and really in the mood to eat something familiar. Despite the rigors of the road, I opted for a visit to the local Pizza Hut and their buffet. There isn't really a whole lot to be said about a smalltown Pizza Hut, but I felt compelled to write a review mostly because I found the place so completely cramped that functioning in a wheelchair was more than a little bit difficult. We were seated at a table fairly near the buffet, which had the usual and expected items of pizza, breadsticks, salad, pasta, and a couple other things. Pizza Hut was crowded and stayed crowded throughout our stay and, to their credit, I've got to say that the customers themselves were remarkably accommodating of the wheelchair. While I at times struggled to make my way around the buffet, my "excuse me" comments weren't met by glares but by genuine consideration. The food was good or, at the very least, good if you're a fan of Pizza Hut (I am). While I thought there were times when the basic staples of pizza dining were ignored in favor of more imaginative toppings, I was able to enjoy my comfort food and get well fed on a particularly challenging day on the road. The server was decent, though not stellar, in terms of keeping drinks filled. The atmosphere was certainly not relaxing as it was definitely crowded and you really felt like people were all around you most of the time. However, who really goes to Pizza Hut for atmosphere? I think that would be a lot like going to a podiatrist for a headache. You might still get treated, but you sure won't get what you want. read more

Pizza here is pretty good, workers are always nice to me. They need a new recipe for the wings. But no real complaints.

I'm a big pizza hut eater but everytime we have order here it's not very good.. breadsticks are always u undercook.. not to mention the delivery driver with the truck that wakes everyone up at 1030pm on school nights because his diesel gas.. also heard him 2 minutes after he left it is ridiculous. read more

Recently met family from northern IN at the Pizza Hut in North Manchester, IN --- yeah, Okay --- what you may expect. Pizza hut --- not available on the Sunday lunch buffet.. had to wait for warm food.. hard to find the plates.. Our server seemed to be waiting on 100 tables, and while was as nice as possible, seemed as stressed as possible. Felt really bad for our server. Okay -- at best.. Need to figure out how to accommodate a crowd on Sundays if they want to really have a pizza, salad and past buffet... just seemed like they were trying to keep up with the bear minimum. So we ordered pizza tonight for dinner, we used the online app to order because of the deals they offer to get you to use it so we thought why not you know? Anyways we ordered two medium pizzas one sausage, one pepperoni, simple enough right? Well we got our order actually a little earlier than expected which was great! Got inside opened box one order was correct, opened box number two incorrect so we called and explained to them that the order according to the receipt was correct but we did not order a cheese pizza and that was what we got in the second box so somewhere in between the app transmission to the store the order got twisted and was no longer correct and I do understand that stuff like this happens especially with all the technology we have these days so we called and explained what had happened and the first girl said okay I understand stuff like this does happen and it shouldn't be a problem on getting you a new pizza she just had to get it approved by the supervisor so I waited a few minutes and he finally answered and he said he could get me another pizza delivered or I could take the credit for next time well I misunderstood my wife and said I'll take the credit and we're good and the call was over, well my wife actually wanted the replacement so she called back and chance was the supervisors name he said well I already credited your account and she said you just told us not even 3mins ago you could have another one delivered and he said and I quote "ITS NOT OUR PROBLEM YOU MESSED YOUR ORDER UP ONLINE WE GAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT AND IM ALREADY BEING NICE AND GIVING YOU CREDIT AND WE COULDNT GET ANOTHER ONE" that's all in capital letters because he was yelling at my wife so I did what any man would do when another man is screaming at his wife I took the phone and said listen it is your problem because your company uses online deals to make money for your store and to promote your store so yes it is your problem and all he kept saying was it wasn't and he's not arguing with me and that he would make me another damn pizza but he's doing it to be nice and NO SIR ITS NOT TO BE NICE ITS CALLED DOING THE RIGHT THING AND FIXING YOUR PROBLEM! I told him I would be there to get it and hung up I had my father accompany me on the trip out and we said our last name to the front attendant and he got us our pizza and we asked for the managers number and work times and we got them and keep in mind this coward poked his head out to look at us and ran back to his little office he would not come to the front and apologize for speaking to my wife the way he did and he should. I'm calling his manager tomorrow morning and then corporate because something needs done it is not okay for him to speak to a paying customer this way or anyone for that fact. Ever since the new management took over this location went down hill I will gladly drive to Wabash to papa johns from now on at least I will be treated the way a customer should be and also get a pizza that doesn't taste like a nothing but grease. So Chance the supervisor that worked tonight this isn't the last you'll be hearing from me or your manager if I can help it!!!!!! And if the old manager was there before this one took over this would have never happened I wish he wouldn't have retired he was great and cared read more

We called our order in on a Friday night at 5:50pm. We were told that it would be ready in 20 minutes for pickup and was given a total. We arrived at 6:10 pm to be told they had no record of our order. They re-entered our order and we were made to wait. While waiting we observed employees horse playing, texting, and generally just goofing off and chit chatting. At 630p, we asked if it was about ready as it had been 20 minutes. It was not! Our order was not ready until 6:55pm!!! Ridiculous bad service and management has no employee control. So disappointed in the way this establishment has been going downhill the last few months. read more

I know I know it's Pizza Hut. Just moved here from Fort Wayne so I base my comparison off that. The first few times we had pizza delivered there was hardly any cheese on the pizza. (Like you could see the dough where the pizza sauce was before it was baked) even ordering it with extra cheese didn't help. Once we had wings delivered the outside was Luke warm ( being that it was delivered I understand) but on the inside it was like it wasn't cooked all the way. HOWEVER, my sister came to visit and really wanted Pizza Hut so we went in and it was a completely different experience! So my advice would be to go in and dine vs. delivery read more

Honestly, for a Pizza Hut, this one was pretty good. Great, friendly service. Clean restaurant. Pizza buffet was well-stocked and maintained. Nothing fancy here, but in a small town where there aren't many options, this is a decent one. read more

Dined-in b/c delivery recently poor. Knowing franchise expectations and former management, I did not expect the poor service and low food quality that we received. Ordered-spoken as typed-8 bone-out (server asked what I meant by bone-out) garlic parmesan wings (no shredded parmesan) , 8 bone-out spicy buffalo wings (sauce drizzled on not coated), 2 salad bars, a water w/lemon (came in glass-ew), and a Cherry Kicker (asked me what a Cherry Kicker was-it's listed that way on the menu). While we were working on our salad, and during the entire 45 minutes we were there, she walked around to check on tables twice-6 tables- someone asked/food came up, but mostly was sitting with a customer talking, at least one customer came to her to give her a tip and another ask for something. After bringing our food she told us if we needed her she'd "be right there" and pointed to the booth w/customer. Twice she spoke (loudly) from the counter into the kitchen asking the mgr a question. The quality and service have seriously declined over the past three-four months. We will not be back. read more
