This place gives BW3 a huge black eye. It is by far the worst of the chain I've been to, and I've been in many from around the US. I've sent emails to corporate about how horrid the service and food is here, and the best I've gotten back was basically a "Gee we're sorry to hear that. Won't you give us another chance?" After my most recent visit the answer to that is no, and never again. My last visit was the straw that broke the camel's back. My son took me there for a birthday lunch and when we arrived, the place was dead, but somehow it still took us 10 minutes to be seated. Once we were seated the poor service started. First off there was legit ONE person working the dining area. We were forever getting our water and then forever again for the server to make it to us to actually take our order. I realize there was only one of him but he was not in any hurry at all and that basically pervaded his whole attitude. When he finally did come to us, we started telling him what we wanted, and the manager flipping interrupted and said he needed him to do something in the back like right now! Seriously??? We should have just gotten up and left at that point but we didn't. Overall we were there over 90 minutes, the service was crap, the food was trash, and the experience was devoid of any redeeming qualities whatsoever. My son, bless him, said "looks like we're done here." Thank the good Lord there's a Wings Etc. in town for us to get our wings fix. They know how to provide great food and equally awesome service. The staffing capacity has been fine, but the bulk of the younger wait staff appear unmotivated. Managers do not operate with urgency or high standards and do not appear to demand urgency and high standards from workers. Food quality is still good, but order turnaround is oddly slow. You will average an hour wait on carry out and can very easily spend 90 minutes or more when dining in due to the sluggish pace of the personnel. While Buffalo Wild Wings in Warsaw has been consistent, disappointingly it's been at overpromising and underdelivering. I consider myself rather loyal to BWW; however, my experiences at the Warsaw location have been only those full of disappointment. From sending me out the door with blue cheese dressing (to which I am allergic) to long waits for to-go orders (consistently ready anywhere from 20-40 minutes after my promised pick-up time). While I like their wings (when they get the order correct), this location is unreliable if you're on a schedule or planning to-go orders for a large group. Not once has my order been ready when I arrive (aka, on time), and I'm often told that the good news is that at least my order will be fresh. As a side note, I'd expect nothing less than fresh, and it'd be best if it's fresh and on time. I've spoken with a manager at this location about my experiences and will gladly consider revising my review if I have more positive experiences in the future. Fingers crossed... I'm a hopeful realist with a decent tendency toward optimism! I genuinely want BWW in Warsaw to meet the corporate standards I'm accustomed to and that our community deserves. read more

Sadly, I have to confirm what the other reviewers have said in order to spare others the same experience. My family and I have avoided the Warsaw location for the same reasons as everyone else; loud environment, terrible service, incorrect orders, and poor staffing (and poor attitudes/work ethics). I only went there recently because I had been given some gift certificates. I had considered re-gifting them since I didn't think it would be likely that I'd get to visit another location before they expired. However, I decided to give them another chance; thinking that maybe a year or more since my last attempt might make a difference. I was very wrong! We waited an exceedingly long time just to get menus and even loner for the drinks. When we finally got our orders put it, it took almost an hour to get our food and it wasn't very good (or made correctly). The waitress kept apologizing and saying that it was only her second day waiting tables on her own. I was once a waitress, and even on my WORST day I wasn't that terrible! You just don't make your customers wait and wait and wait like that! If you're not ready to be on your own (or don't have the speed and multi-tasking ability to be a waitress) don't do it! I don't blame her as much as I do the management and staff for having her on her own too early....and also because the staff was visiting with other tables. Must have been their family/friends because they were picking up babies and socializing even though it was busy and we were STILL waiting to be taken care of. This was an absolutely terrible experience and we couldn't wait to leave! The sad thing is, I will have to re-gift what amount I have left to someone because I just can't fathom ever attempting to eat there again. One of the staff members had thanked me for giving them a second chance because apparently those gift certificates I had must be the kind they use to make-up for their screw ups. I told them that they were given to me and that if it weren't for that, I wouldn't be there. She asked if there was anything they could do. I didn't even know where to begin so I just said no because we weren't coming back.
