Food is awesome and the portions are HUGE!! We've been there 3 times now, and have zero complaints.

There were five waitstaff serving four occupied tables, in a good size room; that was my first clue that this may not be a great dining experience. Our waitress was cheerful as she extolled the history and reputation of this "authentic" Italian eatery. Menu was standard Italian fare, moderately priced, with lunch specials. After ordering, I waited for bread or breadsticks to appear; they never did. Lunch arrived, but no one offered fresh, or even old, Parmesan cheese. Again no bread. Servings were huge, the only positive thing I could say about the meal. Alfredo sauce on the pasta was totally tasteless, like wallpaper paste. Stromboli shell was not crispy, as it should be, and there was no sauce inside (not unusual), but there was excessive moisture from the vegetable filling, which made the crust soggy. Other than the staff, there was nothing appealing or memorable about this restaurant, and based upon my extensive experience and knowledge of Italian cuisine, there is little authentic about it. read more

While traveling for work in Warsaw, Indiana, I had a craving for Italian this place did not disappoint! When I walked in, there were several carryout options being picked up I could see one of them and ask the hostess what meal that was she said it was the spaghetti Supreme. I instantly knew that was what I was ordering. It's basically a pizza on top of pasta. That is the best way to describe this. It came out with baked mozzarella on top below that was spaghetti with meat sauce topped with ground sausage, pepperoni.Capicola, onions, green peppers, mushrooms, and black olives. The cheese on top had a nice crust from being broiled. This was fantastic! I decided to get the full portion. It was only two dollars more than the half. I don't usually take Food home when I'm traveling, but the weather was going to be so cold. I knew that this would stay in my car fine until I went home the next day. Best place I've ever had Italian!! Family ran, amazing authentic Italian. We were seated in Izzy's section, we ordered a Calzone and the loaded Speghetti. The food was so amazing that we ordered a large pizza to take home after dinner. Dessert was an amazing berry tiramisu. The best part of our dinner was our server Izzy, she kept our glasses full and was always asking if we needed anything. She spent time talking to us as if we were old friends and made our night super special. We returned two nights later, I repeated my Calzone, our grandson had pizza, hubby had lasagna and I repeated my all meat calzone. Again, we asked for Izzy and again she made us feel like family! We were visiting Warsaw from Chicago for one night. Italian is my favorite type of restaurant so we decided to try Salvatori's in Warsaw. The 'Authentic' in their restaurant name attracted me to eat our Saturday dinner here. We had the most delicious dinner! The ambiance is very nice. I noticed that the tables were spaced a good distance apart from each other. That was nice because some of the bigger parties or parties with small children did not detract from the other patron's dinner conversations. I am reviewing our dinner of: Breadsticks with 2 sauces - excellent. Side salad with French dressing - excellent. Nice combination of 2 types of lettuce with other regular tossed salad dressings and their shredded 2 cheese combination. Cheese ravioli - wonderful. Husband loved the sauce on them. Creamy filling. I stopped him just before he was going to lick the plate clean! (just kidding. He used this spoon). Spaghetti Supreme - I read that this is a customer favorite. Basically it is a plate of spaghetti covered with all of the toppings that you'd get on a Supreme Pizza. I recommend it. The small serving was large enough that I brought half of that home. Our server was wonderful. All of the servers were very friendly. The manager stopped by for a quick second to ask us if we needed anything. I wish we lived closer. From the moment you walk into the restaurant until you leave, you will be blown away by the quality of the service and the food. The portions are HUGE and filled with so much flavor! Everything was perfect! It was my birthday dinner. The waiter was awesome. The food was amazing and we will definitely be back.

Salvatore's is a good spot if you need to feed a crowd a meal. They had very friendly & quick service as well as a larger dining room. It was impressive the attention we received from our server. She was so nice! The food is good overall, while not necessarily authentic. My only improvement wishes is a larger wine menu (they had 9 options) and more ambience (play up that italian theme! We were at Salvatoris on a Saturday night with a group of 30. Our waitress and waiter were Christy and Jay. They mixed right in our group like family. Everything was amazing. Service was outstanding and all food was delivered hot at the same time Pauly the manager was very attentive making sure everything was go well. He thanked us for choosing them And a great sense of humor On top of that they had 2 other large parties And as usual the food was delicious. Never had a bad meal there. We just came from this fantastic Italian eatery in Warsaw, Indiana. The food was fantastic!!! We ordered two pizzas and just had to try some of their meatballs and sauce. We enjoyed every delectable bite!! It was suggested we try one of their rolls, which reminds me a bit of a calzone, but different. It was so tasty!! It's not often you can find quality pizza outside of a larger city, so this was a pleasant surprise, too. We enjoyed both a meat lovers and a veggie pizza on a delectable thin crust with real Mozzarella and authentic sauce. We would highly recommend this place for either a full on Italian meal or for a quick pizza. Clean, friendly staff and owners and a delectable menu. A must!!! read more

My wife and I stopped in today (Saturday 10-12-2024) about 4 pm. We got appetizers which was their homemade breadsticks and their "Bosco sticks" (baked bread sticks with mozzarella cheese inside). For dinner entrées my wife got their special called "Petro's Pasta" (breaded chicken parmesan with marinara sauce and placed on top of fettuccine Alfredo). I got their lasagna with meat sauce. We are pleased with the quality and taste of the food! We also received great service, our server was Megan. We had a great experience and we will definitely be back again, hopefully soon. In our opinion, Salvatore's is much better than Olive Garden. We recommend giving this place a try, we believe you will agree and will not be disappointed. read more

We finally found Salvatori's in Warsaw after following an errant address on Yelp (It's been fixed now!) We were hungry for Italian, and didn't know anything about the other Salvatori's locations. We were in a little time crunch (because of the time to sort out the address), so we ordered pretty simply, and split a house salad and Fettuccini Alfredo with blackened chicken. We were very happy with the food, the portions were generous, and certainly, the quality was great. It would have been nice to have larger bread portions come with the meals, but the bread we did get was good. When we told our server about the address error, he quickly told the owner, who came over to our table and talked very openly and candidly with us. He, and the server, were both very friendly and helpful. We will most definitely come back on future trips to Warsaw! read more

The food and waitress were amazing. The only downside was the wait. We had 5 people and they told us it would be a 30-40 min wait. They seated all people with a party under 5 and then those over 5. Salvatori's recently opened in Warsaw. The other locations are wonderful, so it's not surprising that this location was packed with diners!! The atmosphere is fresh and clean with a nice stone accented interior. The walls are decorated with Italian style drawings. Service is friendly and attentive, but not overbearing. I ordered a meatball sandwich and out came a flatbread folded in half. I was confused because it was listed under sandwich. Tasted ok but wasn't what I wanted. Portions were also on the smaller side. We have been here multiple times and have never been disappointed. The wait staff and servers are always on their game in making sure your needs are met. If you like Italian cuisine, you can close your eyes and point to anything on the menu and will be served a delicious entree. And don't pass up the Bosco sticks, they are great. read more

Food is tasty. Portions are large. We were put in a room with a table of 20 people and then our small table for 2. Needless to say, the poor waitress Joanna had very little time to spend on us. We had to ask for refills. The atmosphere was rough. She had to yell so that the table of 20 could hear her. Salvador's will need to compete with Ziano's where your warm bread sticks are only $1.00 and Olive Garden where salad and bread sticks are unlimited. Wouldn't choose to go there again. read more

Had lunch here off the lunch special so can only really speak with regards to the lunch menu. Service: zero complaints. Food presentation: excellent. The plates of food coming out "looked" awesome. The food quality: in a nutshell food quality is a bit below average if I'm honest. Had lasagna (decent... fazoli's comparable) and tried the Parmesan chicken spaghetti (looked great but wasn't. Nothing spectacular in either dish Imho. But for the money can't complain too much. They do include a nice tasting garlic bread with each serving so that is nice. The Caesar salad was excellent! Zero complaints in the salad. Their side of potatoes is also amazing!! Highly recommended those. The dessert cheesecake is nothin more than lowest quality store bought boxed cake drizzled with store bought syrup......thus the cheap price. Wasn't great at all and couldn't finish it. Cannot recommend the "cheesecake". It was way below average. So have I had better Italian? Certainly but not for this price. Speaking of, pricing: This is where this place shines. The portions you get certainly make up where they lack in food quality. A full meal for $10-$15? And I mean a complete 3 course lunch. That's tough to do in todays 2023 dollars. Atmosphere: clean nice place and the restroom is also spotless! That said, it is quite noisy. Sound treatment on the walls and ceiling as well as shielding some of the kitchen noise would help it feel less like a cafeteria. To sum it up...decent (not great) food (lots of it) at a price that can't be ignored. As long as you're not expecting gourmet Italian and you don't want to leave hungry due to tiny portions, this place is it. Had the main course food quality been been at least average or a touch above, along with the noise issue handled this place would be a regular for me and I would easily give it 5 stars. I understand making those things happen could also come with either a price increase or portion reduction which I would be ok with. read more
