Sorry for the long post in advance…read more my family and i waited over 25 minutes (placed out order between 10:05-10:10, didnt get food til 10:45)for our order just for it to be missing 1/2 the items!! we had ordered 3 meals (2 onions rings and a mozz fry) and an additional the mozz fry, and we were missing the drinks, the onions rings (which we only got one but it was 1/2 fry 1/2 onion rings which we did not order but no biggie) and the mozz fry. i checked the bag as i always do and realized the missing items. i go to tell him what all are missing but he shut the door on me mid sentence. we go back through the drive thru and tell him our missing items. he explains the reason he didnt give them was because we didnt say our drink order when my husband did. he tells us to pull to the second window to receive our missing items. he hands us only the drinks -which are VERY watered down- and shuts the window. i gave up and told my husband just to take us home. yes, i know its just food but when we spend $45/$50 on our family dinner, we expect it to be right the first time or heck even the second time we came through the drive thru, especially since we waited over 25 minutes for there to be missing items. will NOT be back for a while or even ever! ‍
