What has happened to this once delicious food? I ordered a Chick-fil-A Deluxe sandwich with waffle fries at the very efficient drive-thru. I was traveling so didn't open the food right away. When I did I was shocked at the poor quality. The chicken was overcooked and very thin and chewy. The tomatoes were tasteless and there was a giant piece of wilted lettuce spilling out all sides of the sandwich. Just a mess! I literally could not eat it. I have switched my allegiance to Hardee's for chicken sandwiches. Theirs is comparable to the "old" Chick-fil-A. What a sad state of affairs. read more

Every time I've been at Chick-fil-A and every time I get it delivered, it is always delicious. In my opinion. It is the best fast food restaurant out there. The service is outstanding never had a complaint. And the ambience is also outstanding. It has places for children to play. It's always clean and the employees are very kind. Went through the drive through orders Mac and cheese was told it was a 3 minute wait and that we would wait. Another worker got on a radio and said " if the customer insists on waiting can they order Mac and cheese and wait" assuming they said yes they took out order and when we got to the window a guy asked if we would like to exchange the Mac and cheese bc it was now a 20 minute wait. I've been eating here occasionally for the past 9 years. The food was always top-notch and well prepared. Today was my first visit after the recent remodeling and it was a huge disappointment. The chicken in the sandwich was grossly overcooked and brown and hard around the edges. Missing the usual Chik-fil-A great flavor. The waffle fries, always perfect in the past, spent far too long in the fryer and were brown and crispy. Hard to tell the stuff inside was potato. They are now a notch or two below McDonalds and for the price, McDonalds is far ahead of them. Too bad. read more

At this location, workers were interacting with customers without masks or with masks only covering part of their faces. As Chick-fil-A is a chain, it was disappointing to see this, as it should be expected of all workers to wear masks for the protection of themselves and others. No chicken in the CHICKEN noodle soup. None. Not even one piece. I wouldn't normally bother to write a review but this has happened repeatedly on multiple different occasions now. I'm tired of paying money, driving home, only to find my cup or bowl full of noodles and no chicken. Had to drive all the way back each time to try and talk to someone about it but the staff were completely unwilling to help rectify the situation. They tried to tell me that the three tiny specks (no bigger than 1/4 inch) they found after stirring around in my soup themselves was all the chicken they normally put in it. I have had it many times before when it was good and had plenty of nice bite size (at least 1.5" bites) pieces of chicken in it. So disappointed in the service and quality of product. Really surprised actually. I eat here a lot and normally really love the quality of product and service. read more

Stopped by this location on my way to Boone and it THE WORST SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED. When we ordered our food we had to wait for the nuggets to finish. The drinks tasted off and the fries were so salty I couldn't even take a bite without mentioning how much salt was on one fry. Due to Covid-19 they have not had the dining room open for a long time (as many other restaurants) which makes it a little harder to eat certain things. My husband likes his food "fresh", I like refills... Lol.. However, they continue to serve you with a smile and ty to keep the line moving. This place opened fairly recently. Today we came in and it was like it was still grand opening day. Very crowded. The food is what you expect from Chick-fil-a. The parking lot is small, and according to my kids, their playplace is too small as well. When I first entered the Chick-fil-A drive-through line there was no menu. I got up to the ordering station and cannot think of what to order. I ended up ordering my usual, the Chick-fil-A sandwich with fries and a sprite. although the chicken sandwich tasted good the fries were unusually soggy, and only one out of three workers told me my pleasure. This place is horrible went there a while back and was refused my order because they had catering orders then a friend went in to see if they would make it for them and they made it for him so they just wanted to be choosy... when asked why they could not do the order of me I was told it was due to their over abundance of catering demand... when asked why they could make it for someone only minutes later they didn't give me an answer. Spoke to owner and he was just as rude as they were claiming they they had catering orders and they were more important than my order I will not be ordering from here again and will encourage others of the same. I am a very frequent customer at Chick-fil-A and was very disappointed with this location. My family has food allergies and can only eat the grilled chicken here (made without the new marinade). I've had issues requesting this at only this location and one other (of probably 15-20 locations I've eaten at). I had already given my order, explained to the cashiers who notified the kitchen with no issues, and IO had paid when Josh (manager on duty) decides that he doesn't want to honor this and says he cannot make our chicken. I have to tell our three kids we have to find somewhere else to eat which is not easy considering our food allergies. I filed a complaint with Chick-fil-A corporate and called to let Josh know. He made excuses - 1. They were busy (nope, we only had 1 person in front of us in line) 2. Corporate decision (how can I get this at other locations) etc. VERY disappointed with this location. It is not up to Chick-fil-A's great service standards. WON"T go back!! read more

Good, Christian based place. Very good food. If you are an older couple, they will serve you like in a sit down restaurant.
