This is the last time we will order from this location. We waited almost 2 hours for our delivery after the "out for delivery" notification was sent. Pizza was out for delivery 48 minutes ago. Called the store to check on status and they know nothing and do not care. Very frustrating and very hungry. Well the pizza arrived an hour late. The driver admitted that he lost track and was under the influence. The food was cold, soggy and just not up to standards at all. I visited this Pizza Hut location on a Saturday evening and needless to say dining in here was a great choice versus carrying out or delivery which we usually do when we are craving pizza. We arrived and were told to sit anywhere. We placed our order and had the Pizza Hut to ourselves, the waitress accepted our Pizza and Wings coupon for $15.99, we couldn't complain. Our thin and crispy ham, pepperoni and sausage pizza was brought to our table fresh from the oven, tasted great, pretty much what you'd expect for Pizza Hut standards. Our boneless Wing Street buffalo medium wings were rich in flavor, nicely coated in the buffalo sauce and with ranch dipping on the side definitely complimented them. This particular Pizza Hut in Odessa is by far one of the cleanest and greatest customer service in town so if your craving to dine in at any Pizza Hut in Odessa this is the place! Hungry for pizza we decided to come to this once popular location. We were very disappointed. It was freezing in the dining room . All of the pepper shakers were down to a few pepper flakes. Our thin supreme had onion skins on it. You are supposed to peel them before putting them on a product. We had to ask for plates and were not offered any silverware. We have a love/hate relationship with this Pizza Hut. Most of the time, our pizzas come out great, every so often they'll be a little stingy on toppings (we typically order at least one super supreme pizza) - pizza condition aside, the managers and staff who run the register have always been very accommodating. I witnessed a manager (who I believe is no longer there now) get absolutely berated over something she had no control over (short-staffed for the day, extreme number of orders - felt like we were at Disney land the place was so packed) - customer was irate, rude and difficult and she handled it like a champ. Then after the ride MFer left, she apologized to everyone else n the room for having to endure him and provided us with a discount on our orders because of the extra wait times. Today, the online ordering system was overcharging for food and Thomas, the guy at the register was super polite, super accommodating and very quickly corrected the price on our order. Shout it to Thomas for 5 star service, your boss should give you a raise good sir - these are examples of why we keep coming here, even when our orders get messed up from time to time. read more

My family and I have lived down the street from this Pizza Hut for 5 years and love it. We don't eat as much as we use to because we are trying to eat healthier as we get older. I have had a a few instances where I thought they were closed because the phone rang so many times before someone answered. If you want good pizza that is prompt and always balanced perfectly with the cheese and sauce; can't go wrong here. This is the main pizza place I use for delivery and I have to say they do a really great job! The pizza is always hot and looks like they took a great deal of care to get it right! When ordering online sometimes this location is out of whatever deal they're running but the management typically makes up for it in a better way! Example: ordered a large two topping for 7.99 they had ran out was delivered 3 medium two toppings to make up for it!! read more

Worst experience. Ordered a pizza and hour and a half later we called. They said it should be out for delivery. Then we called back two hours in. We talked to the manager. He couldn't tell us what happened to our pizza but they could make another but it would take 25 min. We said we just wanted a refund. He couldn't even do that. We have to come up there the next day. What kind of service should we expect. What kind of manager doesn't know where a pizza is. I bet if his family ordered food and no one showed but took his money he would be just as disappointed. I guess their call in and carry out orders are more important than walk in customers. We waited 20 minutes with NO service. There were 3 tables with customers when we walked in. Two had their food one had no drinks or food. After being there 5 minutes the table with no food or drinks walked out. We waited 15 more minutes. A waitress asked one table with food how everything was and then went to the other table who had food and started clearing their table as they had left. She never looked our way. If there was a ZERO rating, they would get it! Almost walked right back out soon as entering as dining room was FILTHY. However, a long day left us craving garlic knots. Seated ourselves as no one greeted us, finally despite only one other table being taken in entire restaurant, waitress came to take drink order. Waters with lemons please--they don't have lemons, only lemon juice packets. Ordered the knots at that time. Took forever to get the knots that were COLD, TOUGH AND ONLY TWO HAD CHEESE. Had to ask for appetizer plates and real forks. They are not offered! Had to get up and take them to counter as waitress never returned and friend and I are both handicapped with limited mobility. Waitress agreed knots were cold and tough, said would replace with two new orders so we ordered medium spicy chicken wings too. Knots came out and while hotter, still only three in each tray had cheese and again were so tough you literally could not chew them. Asked for manager. No manager came. Chicken wings finally arrived....COLD--not warm, not lukewarm, COLD!!! Reported to waitress and again asked for a manager. After 15 minutes passed with no manager coming, we went to front to speak with them and advise we would NOT be paying for our order. Meanwhile, employees were laughing, visiting, on their phones and texting and four of them were in the dining room--our waitress and another girl SWEEPING WITH A BROOM THE CARPET, dust flying everywhere! Then lo and behold, out from under a table came a roach (well, no doubt with all the food on floor). They were eeked out by the bug but our waitress finally stomped it. Tables were filthy, menus coated in wing sauce and yuk, peppers and parm jars so nasty we didn't even use them. Upon finally speaking with asst mgr, Reagan, advised her we will NEVER return to nor order from this location again. She was completely non-apologetic, had a nasty lil attitude about our complaints and when asked who the manager was, she rudely responded "Ashley" (we believe she said). We were both so angered and tired at this point, it really didn't matter since mgr wasn't there anyways. Clearly NO employee on that shift cared about the quality of product, their personal appearance--several had nose, lip (Reagan had TWO lip piercings) and other visible body piercings besides just ears--one's looking like boogers hanging from her nose, dirty hair and unkept uniforms, appearance or cleanliness of the restaurant or whether the location had business or not.
