Ordered 2 pizzas for carryout. When I entered, I stood in the lobby for about 5 minutes without being greeted or acknowledged. I made eye contact with 3 employees in the back of the business, but no one came forward to see if I wanted to dine-in, or if I wanted to place an order. There were 2 other customers in the lobby before any of us were greeted or served. The pizzas tasted good, but both my wife and I had stomach "issues" later, which I contribute to the food since I hadn't eaten anything since the night before. Not sure if it's the lack of hairnets, or other hygiene practices, or maybe it was a coincidence. Not sure we'll be back. read more

Very unprofessional and rude! I called to place an order over the phone for delivery, and tried to pay with my card. I gave my card information to a male TWICE then a young lady clicked into the phone call asking for my card information again. I asked who was the male I just gave my card info to and the young lady hung up in my face! I called back and cancelled the order! read more

"I don't know and we close in like 30 min... so" That was the answer I got when calling less than a minute after my online order was placed, to ask if I could change one item on my order. NOTE THEY WERE OPEN FOR ANOTHER 45 MINUTES AS WELL. I cancelled my order all together since they were "too good" to do their job and make food at a food restaurant when they have well over 30 min before they close! You're not paid to stand around the last hour of your shift. I would have understood if I called 10 min before close but 45 min is plenty of time to make a freaking pizza. read more

I'm a Pizza Hut fan but this location is hit-or-miss at best. I've had the worst customer service I think I have ever had but also some really good pizzas. (I'm a sucker for their Pan pizza and have been since I was a kiddo! Sue me.) Just know you may want to suffocate someone with your incorrectly made pizza they DO NOT want to re-make or you will be in carbohydrate bliss. Good luck! read more

We get a half eaten pizza delivered to our home thrown in the box with slices on top of each other. Then when you call they say the manager is to busy to come to the phone. We say we'll just come there then what's your name and the girl on the phones says you'll find out when you get here and hangs up. Oh Yes! I will in 5 min! Wow! Never again read more

The food is great but the service has to be the worst I have ever experienced. On more than one occasion we have had to leave the restaurant because no one would serve us after seating us. It's Pizza hut. Pizza hut is just good pizza, no way around it. I usually get take out and the server on staff is always plesent. Did she stand there looking at me for like 5 mins before coming to the register? Sure! But I kinda liked it so it was no big deal. The food I order has always been accurate and apparently the stuffed crust pizza was so good my dog felt the need to eat all of it when I got back home. Just got back from here tonight with my family. We get there get seated and get our drinks and we r waiting waiting waiting waiting for our pizza to get there and in the meantime we run out of our drinks nobody comes to refiill keep in mind there is NOBODY else in the place still no drinks. Then when our pizza finally gets there we get our refills and the pizza is so greasy that u pick it up and the grease is dripping from the pizza and the bottom of the pizza is awet soggy mess. While the pizza at this location was tasty, the customer service was TERRIBLE! We live about seven miles from this pizza hut, and after ordering, and picking up our pizza I got home, only to find that the pineapple and ham pizza we ordered was missing the ham. I called and talked to the manager who was plenty nice enough, but gave me to her supervisor to handle my complaint. The woman I talked to was beyond rude. As I told her my complaint she interrupted me several times in a hurry to get off the phone. When she told me I would have to bring the pizza back, I told her I would bring it back the next day since I lived so far away. She then told me I would have to bring the WHOLE pizza back. I definitely would have done that in the first place, but she was not in the least concerned about a satisfied customer. I believe customer satisfaction to be a top priority. I want to know I can depend on the people I order carry out from so that I can order again with confidence. I will never visit this franchise again, thanks to supervisor that doesn't care about satisfying the customer. We have always ordered at pizza hut in other locations with confidence, and only once did we have a complaint which was handled very professionally.
