I ordered a pizza and wings and after a hour I called and they said they was having delivery problems that if a driver hadn't picked it up in 15 minutes they would call back and i could go pick it up. The pizza is standard but the customer service, in terms of speed, is always bad. No matter when I place an order for pick up, I get an email telling me when it will be ready, I get to the window and it's another 20-30 minute wait. On top of that it usually takes the person at the window at least 5 minutes to acknowledge I'm there. I guess it's because they are also answering the phone. The service here was not the best. We ordered a large pizza and bread sticks but upon arrival, both the pizza and the sticks were burnt. We called and was told that that was how the pizza's came but was offered another pizza which we accepted but that also came burnt as well. The place was closed so I couldn't call again but this was unacceptable. read more

As stated by others before me this "restaurant" was terrible. The majority of the tables were dirty along with the floor. The pizza was ok. Wanted wings but the fryer was down? Our waitress was polite but we too had to go ask for silverware. There was a football game that ended over 2 hours prior but there were NO other customers yet the excuse was after game crowd. We were here @ an hour listening to the manager and other employees talking on phones and cursing about personal things including the F bomb! OMG! No one ever bothered to clean! This Pizza Hut has the slowest service ever. Usually when I go in it takes an hour to get our food. I ordered delivery and it took twenty minutes more than the estimate said it would. I really only ordered delivery because I had a coupon. Definitely go to Dominos if you want pizza that is good and doesn't take a million years to arrive. read more

It's not the worst place I've been to, but it's definitely not some place I'd recommend. I just really wanted pizza. I ordered the two medium pizzas any way you like. I've put five toppings on one and on the other I put two. They were both pan pizza (I like my crust fluffy). I sat inside waiting for my pizza and noticed a decent amount of trash laying around on the floor. I also noticed the salad bar looked as if no one attended to it for a long time. There was food laying on the bar and it just looked sloppy. It didn't take long for my pizzas to be finished. They smelled great and looked good, but the taste was disappointing. Both pizzas were tolerable, but not up to par with any other Pizza Hut that I've been to. They tasted like they were finished, but should've been left in a little longer. The pizza kind of tasted soggy on the five toppings. So, I tried the other one and it was a little better, but still soggy. It had a great deal of marinara sauce on it. I don't know if that's the reason it tasted like that. Like I said, I like fluffy crust, but that was ridiculous. read more

This Pizza Hut deserves the worst review ever! Let me start with the fact half of the time when we have placed orders, we receive a call or find out when we go to pick up the pizza that this place doesn't have all the ingredients to make the pizza of our choice! To top it off, it is very hard to get service there because the staff stands outside smoking cigarettes. The last straw was when we ordered a stuffed crust pizza, and the rest of the crust was flimsy, super thin, and doughy with grease that dripped down your arms like school cafeteria pizza! Dominos is our go to spot for pizza in Pembroke! I honestly believe the person who started Pizza Hut would slap himself if he walked into this Pizza Hut! read more

I always get the best service at this particular location. The food is always hot and fresh. The management and staff go out of their way to insure that you have a great experience and are pleased with your food purchase. I would rather drive to this location and do business with this establishment than to have the other pizza business deliver to my home. read more
