I have been to this Pizza Hut twice and will never go back. The service was practically non-existent, and complaints to the manager on duty (who looked no older than 20) went unheeded. The salad bar was full of near empty bowls of wilted lettuce and soggy vegetables. Our drinks weren't brought out until we were nearly finished our cold pizza. And that was only after numerous complaints to the manager. Don't waste your time or money. read more

We ordered online for delivery since the restaurant is usually dirty looking and not appealing. After an hour and no food delivered I called to check on the order and was told the orders were taking 2.5 hours. I have went to Pizza Hut for years, seeing how it really the only one in Pulaski, we have Caesars and we have Domino's, but I have always liked the pan pizza from the hut, but the last 3 pizza's I have got from them, have been awful, the crust was doughy or under cooked and cold, or they put a ton of cheese on it or way to much sauce to where you bite in to the pizza and the sauce squirts out or runs all over your hand or it all over your chin... .. it is not good.. plus the cheese had a funny taste to it like cream cheese,plus if you order olives they cover the pizza in olives which i just expect a handful not a lot... so if you order be sure you say light on the olives or you will have a pizza covered up in black olives... ..Im hoping another pizza business comes in to Pulaski, because I do believe I'm done with them.. they have raised the prices on the product you could get a 10.99 pizza now you pay 17.00 for the same pizza... if you have a coupon you might get a deal...... but they haven't improved the product it.. They wont deliver to my house which was 2 miles from them before they moved to the home depot location and Walmart, They have moved 2 miles away... and now wont deliver to my location which is 2 miles from them.I was a customer of 20 yrs.Just goes to show how much they appreciate loyal customers. read more

The past few years that place has gone down hill...the pizza's are mushy, and when you put an order in and ask no mushrooms or onions ,,, you go to pick it up open the lid to see and sure enough exactly what you didn't want.. is mushrooms and onions... every time, So I stop getting pizza from there because there was a long hair in my pizza and it wasn't mine I have brown hair and I pulled the hair out it was about 15 inches long strand.. then one time I got another one and the dough was gooey it hadn't been cooked fully, Then one time I ordered a triple pepperoni pizza, picked it up without looking at it.. and got home opened it and there was 12 pieces of pepperoni on it.. charge me 17 dollars for that.I called them and took a picture of it... I told Manager here is a pick of it now.. I sent it to her phone... she couldn't believe there was hardly any pepperoni on it... she said I'll make you new one she did... it was good plenty of meat on it... then another time.. I picked up pizza and brought it home again.. opened the box it wasn't even my pizza...LoL... this one had anchovies on it.. i had ordered a supreme... no fish... the place has gone to the dogs.. and the cheese they use is awful its like some kind of cream it is gross... whats bad is we need a pizza place here a new one.. like Giovanni's or New York Pizza, Chicago style, anything beside Pizza Hut.. I have since been getting my pizza from Domino's.... they are reasonably priced and they have good pizza... Called to order a pick-up order, was greeted by my name. They asked me to confirm my telephone number and when I did the man told me that the Pulaski Pizza Hut was NOT my local Pizza Hut. I tried to tell him that my phone was a cell phone and I didn't change my number from when I lived out of state. He asked me the city I lived, I told him Pulaski, he then asked me to spell Pulaski!! Then the nut told me that I needed to call a Pizza Hut in Mississippi and wouldn't take my order. I have ordered to go before, same number, same store and obviously someone who knew what they were doing. Very Aggravating!! This store desperately need HELP!! read more
