I love pizza! Pizza Hut is pretty dam good! Most people are friendly and kind. This is my opinion

Not sure where to start with this review... Restaurant was well staffed for a Friday night and seeing as how we were one of two tables you would figure the service would be fantastic. We entered and had 6 Staff members stare at us blankly for several minutes before being asked if we were dining in. Our waitress didn't introduce herself upon seating or when ordering drinks. She returned and stared at us blankly so we assumed it was time to order. The food was average, but did arrive hot. Our waitress never checked on us once. We sat with empty drinks for over 15 mins and the restaurant still only had 2 tables while the locals getting carry out slammed their drinks and got a refill in 60 seconds?! Don't waste your money on this place folks. Try Godfathers Pizza in town or take a 30 minute trip to Lincoln. We will not return when traveling. read more

Our experience was absolutely the worst we've ever had in any kind of restaurant over the course of our entire lives. It was almost comical how inept and lackadaisical the entire staff was. We were the only customers in the place so you would think they could manage to give us good service. Oh no ~what fools we were to think that we could have the attention of the lazy kid who was our "waiter." He didn't know what to say when he came to the table, didn't take our order correctly, didn't apologize when he was told that our entire order was wrong from the breadsticks to the pizza but instead just shrugged his shoulders and slunk back to hide behind the counter. He just simply didn't care at all. I had to go up to the counter 3 times to try and get some service. Exasperated to no end, we attempted to get someone to acknowledge that our pizzas and breadsticks were wrong, and were hopeful that an apology with an explanation about the poor service would have been forthcoming. But, the manager was no better, he clearly had his hands full trying to herd a spiritless crew into action. The only hope for this place is to do a clean sweep of the entire staff, close it down, and reopen with intensive customer service training to a new crew who possess an IQ of it least 100. read more

Stopped by here on a road trip from Denver to Chicago, and was so impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff was! They refilled our water bottles, gave my kids stickers, and made our pizza super fast. Would definitely stop by here again! read more

After a JV football game we decided to eat at Pizza Hut since they didn't close until 10. At 8:45 pm we showed up and they were cleaning. This pizza hut has problems!! Customer service has always been slow (mentally and physically). Tried to give them another chance, today. Ordered a peperoni lovers personal pizza. Repeated it twice, once when ordering, then in response to the waitress' confirmation. What I got was an undercooked thing with mystery meats on it. When I said, this isn't what I ordered, the waitress proceeded to present an argument, since, after all, that's what she wrote down. They expected me to eat the nastiness on the plate for a 50 cent discount? No friggin way. I paid the bill, wasn't offered a discount, apology, NOTHING! Would not recommend the Pizza Hut in Seward Nebraska. Where to start one of The Times I have Went to eat at the Pizza Hut establishment and Seward Nebraska was told after certain time they no longer make coffee and that was per corporate. Send a complaint to Pizza Hut which they did fix that issue. But As many times as I've went there I've always had to go up in get more coffee. Just tried to eat in the establishment on the 13th of this month and was told that we couldn't dine in but could order carryout. Set a complaint in on the 14th of October still have not received any word from Pizza Hut team member for this area It is now October 23rd over a week and a 1/2 has passed. In my opinion this is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. I will update when I hear from the leadership member for pizza hut. Ordered pizza last night to be delivered to Cobblestone hotel. Said it would be delivered at 5:40. Came at 6:15. Delivery guy said he got lost. (when on the same street a few blocks apart) ????? Pizza was definitley cold. read more

If you're ordering online - stay away from this place. It's not worth the headache. Maybe if you go in and see it's empty you'll get good service. We order online because with little kids we don't want to have to wait. Apparently that's a joke here because when my wife showed up with our kids after grocery shopping they weren't even close to having it ready. We had also ordered two personal pan pizzas to use with our kids bookit tickets. Even though my wife gave them the bookits before paying they didn't take them off the bill. Then when she asked why they said they just thought they were some other coupon. WTF??? Really? Since they had already rung it through they told her she was just out of luck. They said they'd offer a credit for the next time. After waiting with kids there and figuring what the heck she asked to speak to the manager. Somehow magically they were able to reverse charges and re-ring the order up. Funny how one minute there's absolutely nothing they can do and the next they can. Next time we'll go elsewhere - Lincoln might be further away, but there are many pizza places on the North side of Lincoln where you can get good service and accurate times without the hassle. At least to us (and apparently many of the people there that were upset at the time) that place isn't worth it. read more
