I got a code for a free pizza. The code was rejected on my phone, on my laptop, and by a snot nosed punk at local store. That is straight up WIRE FRAUD. It's 18 US 1343-a twenty year jolt. Id give zero stars if I could! I like Pizza Hut pizza so I figured I'd call in a delivery order on-line. I received an email that my pizza would be delivered at 6:59 pm. At 7:30, and no pizza, I attempted to call to find out where the pizza was. After 6 phone calls during which I was on hold for almost a half hour and eventually disconnected, I finally got someone who spoke English and told me he didn't know where my pizza was. I asked if it was coming and he said no. I asked why and he said he didn't know! Seriously? As I was asking for a refund the pizza showed up at the door, delivered by Door Dash. Ordered a large Supreme pan pizza and Supreme it was not. Had like 2 pieces of green peppers on the whole pie, maybe 4 mushrooms and 1 or two pieces of onion. The meats were lackluster other than the pepperoni. Very bad. The fast food here in Florida sucks so bad. Do not order a pizza here. Unfortunately they use a service called Royal Perks for delivery and we decided we wanted to have it delivered. We ordered a large, normal crust pizza with sauce, cheese, bacon, banana peppers, olives, and pineapple. We got 2 medium pizzas because they were out of large. There was absolutely no bacon, I found 2 pieces of pineapple, and very little cheese or sauce. On top of that, our original charge was denied (false) and the charge slip attached to the pizza was for under $20. The actual charge through Royal Perks was approx. $39. After calling to complain, they tried to explain food prices had gone up, then retracted that. Long and short, forget about this place. read more

Oh my gosh. Ordering on the phone with this Pizza Hut location is the worst. We tried to order a pizza, waited on hold for forever, and then could barely hear the person on the other end. The line was garbled like they are using a cell phone. We got most of the way through the order -- order and address for delivery (but didn't get to payment)-- and then they hung up or disconnected. And now we can't get through as we try to call back (endless hold). So we have absolutely no idea if a pizza is on the way. What a horrible customer-service experience. read more

We are literally less than a mile out of the delivery area...no big deal, we ordered a few pizzas online and where going to pick them up... we ordered at 6:18pm and the confirmation email said it will be ready in 15 minutes... so my wife left right away because we are 15-20 minutes away from them. Well a little over 45 minutes go by and I noticed my wife has not returned yet so I text her and she says shes still there at Pizza Hut because they are making our items now.... Well wouldn't that be nice if from the gate they said hey folks it could be an hour for your carry out because we are backed up, not enough help.. whatver the situation!!!??? Then wife mentions about a discount and they guy said there is NO MANAGER on duty and he isn't responsible for that kind of transaction .... and said he could give us like 10% or $10 off next carry out... I waited two days to make sure my anger had subsided and it now has but the review is still very negative -- first issue is that I ordered and paid for extra cheese on the thin crust and it did NOT have hardly any cheese let alone extra. Second issue is that the pizzas arrived cold -- not just not hot but actually cold. Took some 45 minutes from when the update said it left store. I am sure it is a case of limited manpower but their product was junk so if they do not have the people to deliver a somewhat normal product, say so up front so others don't waste $33.00 on two slices of pizza with the rest tossed away read more

Let me preface this by saying that this occurred over a year ago. We moved to The Villages from an area that had a fantastic Pizza Hut. We ordered from there at least once a week and always enjoyed the product and service we received. So, of course we ordered a couple of pizzas from Pizza Hut when we moved here. We ordered online and asked for it to be delivered. The pizzas didn't show up for almost 2 hours when they said it would be 45 minutes. By the time it got here, I should of refused them but we were starving and had already paid for them. Trying to eat them, you could tell they had been been made probably around an hour earlier and kept lukewarm under the heat lamp and the delivery bag. The delivery driver told me they were way understaffed and he got here as soon as he could. I tipped him since I don't think it was his fault but I told him to tell the owner or manager that I would never order anything from them again. Amazing staff and great pizza. We ordered a large cheese with onion on half. 10 minutes in the cashier tells us that there was a technical error and onion went on the whole pizza. She immediately followed up by politely asking if we minded hanging around another 10 mins for them to fire another. They ended up giving us the one with full onion and threw in the medium cheese for free. Great staff, will be my go to place when in the area. read more

Delivery was 10 minutes sooner than expected, food was nice and hot Soda was cold, what better service can you expect. Five stars guys keep on rockin. As a note I'm about 6 miles away from the restaurant so good stuff read more

Just got 2 pizzas and they were horrible! Had to take one back because it was made with hot sauce instead of pizza sauce. Asked for compensation for having to make return trip and was denied! I have done a lot of business here but will never be back! read more
