It was a very runny mac & cheese, but it also needed more flavor as well. My wife got the corn nuggets for her side and that was probably the best part of our meal. As for the location, it was very quiet when we came in and there were only a handful of customers at the most. All of the employees were also teenagers, but they didn't give us any issues and did their jobs. The restaurant seemed clean enough and I didn't notice any issues either.
