there food is very good especially there taco salad !!... delivery is very fast!.. food still hot in the box!...i will order again!..

Bug tucked in for a nap in my pizza. Well here I am. I've battled myself for days on whether or not to come here and leave this review but I feel I absolutely have to, seeing as there was no accountability by management in this incident. To pay a business $37 for 2 pizzas (that I drove and picked up) and in return receive this garbage should be considered a crime. Especially when you get a manager on the phone and he tries to pass blame rather than apologize. I take no joy in this really. I drove the pizza back to the restaurant because it was clear the male manager I was speaking to on the phone did not believe that this bug was BAKED into the pie. He kept trying to say "it probably flew in". I took this pizza straight out of YOUR kitchen! There was zero space or time for a bug to fly in, tuck itself in for the night under a pepperoni, and get BAKED. The reason I've felt conflicted about writing a review is that the other manager I spoke to (the male manager I spoke to on the phone didn't have the guts to show his face when I came to the restaurant) was the nicest woman named Dawn. From what I understand she does a great job with quality control but was busy when my pizza came out. It shouldn't be one person's responsibility to ensure quality. At no point when they were dressing, baking, cutting or boxing my pizza did they see this? Really? You expect me to believe that? This was negligent at best and malicious at worst. Either way it's disgusting and if you have any kind of self worth at all you will not eat from here. Just get a frozen pizza or something instead. It won't be $40 and it won't come with any unrequested extra protein. The 1 star I have to leave is for Dawn. Dawn, I'm sorry that your coworkers suck. read more

what a horrible experience, walk in stand there for 10 minutes finally get annoyed go check the entrance to the back and see seven people standing there watching one lady cook, one of them sees me and goes. Oh you have someone up at the front so the only person working out of seven people standing there rushes to the front to help me With my order that is already paid for. She then tries to say I did not pay for it yet and I said I did pay for it on Uber eats and she tells me "that's not how it works" and then politely said that actually is how it works and it's paid for and she says hold on and stomped off to the back where she then left me at the front for another 10 minutes and I had to go ask what the hell is going on and all there are still standing there just throwing their arms up like we don't know what's going on. She's making sauces. Anyway, I finally am able to leave after they confirm I did pay, I get home and find out I'm missing all my wings. I will never ever ever ever be back there. Last time we were here was in Aug when iowa derecho came thru and killed power for day and a half. This time was because they were doing a benefit for a local family. You could tell they were ready. Bbq chicken pizza had nothing other then cheese, chicken and crust. The combination was missing sauce and flavor as well. Breasticks and wings are only saving grace. No wonder this place is getting ready to be on the corporate closing list. They knew there was a benefit so make sure to spead the supplies super thin. read more

My family went out for dinner last night and my brother picked this Pizza Hut. I have no desire to go back again. The only things that gave it two stars instead of one was the (mostly) quiet atmosphere and our waitress, Mariah. She was really nice. First, we waited for at least 20 minutes for our breadsticks. . for over half that time we were the only table in the joint. During that time, I realized they had Christian radio playing.. super loud. She did immediately turn it down when I asked. (I have really amazing hearing, I can hear a pin drop in another room.) Buffet only runs for about two hours. . Around noon. It would've been nice to have that option at supper time. When the pizza FINALLY arrived at our table, about 40 minutes later, it was so soaked with grease that there were puddles on the tray underneath. Gross. During the time we were eating, the phone rang multiple times and they took their sweet time answering it. On one call, I heard them actually arguing with the caller about canceling their order. That person actually left a review already on Facebook, and they had a pretty annoying experience that I can actually vouch for since I heard their side of the call. Final verdict: waitress was nice but the food and other staff seriously need improvement. read more

Our local Pizza Hut is a complete disaster. The food is terrible. The pizza doesn't have enough cheese and looks like a low end frozen pizza. The service is even worse. The workers here absolutely don't care. There is a reason why there are two thriving Casey's in town and the Pizza Ranch parking lot is always full. You would be way ahead to get a Walmart pizza and an extra bag of cheese. Don't come here for anything other than maybe, occasionally the lunch buffet. Even that is hit or miss. read more

This place is a sh!thole and the staff are the worst. I ordered my pizza for carryout, I show up and they say my pizza still had 5 minutes. They ask me to wait outside in my car. I stupidly already paid for my pizza at that point. I go to wait in my car. When 5 minutes came, nothing. So I think "maybe it still needs to be cooked more". I was an idiot. 5 minutes turned to 10, 10 to 15, and finally 20. I went back inside to see what the hell was going on, and THEY FORGOT ALL ABOUT ME. Gave me a COLD F**KING PIZZA. This is the absolute worst f**king pizza place I ever went and they should be ashamed of themselves for treating their customers like this. WILL NEVER GO BACK. read more

What is NOT to love about Pizza Hut? This store allowed us to keep visiting one night although they were closing and cleaning up. They didn't make us feel rushed or a nuisance. It gets very busy on Sundays after church, but they do their best to seat everyone as quickly as possible and keep the buffet replenished. read more

Ordered for delivery tonight. The person taking the order was new and I understand that, however she should have been better trained before being allowed to take orders. She did correctly answer my question about the specials. She did not ask if I wanted carry out or delivery. I said delivery and she only verified my name. Took my order and had a just a little bit of difficulty. She put me down for carry out by accident and had to get a member of management to correct it. The manager who got on the phone was not apologetic about the issue and didn't seem to care. I did mention that they need to better train their people. Still the manager didn't seem to care and said the pizzas will be here in about 35-40 minutes. The only thing that kept this from being a one star is that the pizzas arrived a little early. You would think that would be a good thing, however it wasn't. The pizza dough was not fully cooked and toppings were skimpy. These were two of the worst pizzas I have seen. I have ordered some pizzas before from this from this place and they have been a hit or miss. Management has a I don't care attitude except for Dawn, who is a shift manager. We go to Casey's most of the time for pizzas and now will go there or someplace else for pizzas from now on. Don't order from this Pizza Hut. read more
