We ordered takeout while staying in a nearby hotel. We got the 5 ingredient pizza. It was too salty and we are on low sodium diets. The hand tossed crust was good but either the sauce or meat had too much salt. Even if we didn't have to be on low sodium diets for medical reasons, we would not like it because it was too salty to taste good. We also don't like having to buy containers of cheese and red pepper when we're traveling. We don't use much on one pizza. An envelope or two would be all we'd need. Response to owner's comment: I never considered the little envelopes of cheese and pepper to be free but included in the price of the pizza. The fact that the current containers is reusable is not helpful to travelers. read more

I am honestly no surprised with the ratings. The workers have no sense of urgency to give good customer service. Make sure you go at a convenient time to them to get good service. To the girl with purple hair, if a customer comes throw the drive through and you say your foods not ready can you pull around to the front and I do that. Then you proceed to take my food to the drive through window when you seen me sitting right in front of the door for an hour. Nobody at Pizza Hut can complain about how much they get paid. Takeout pizza was ok but waaay too salty. Big gripe is they now charge a dollar each for Parmesan cheese or crushed red pepper. They're both on the table free for dine in people but if you want some with your take out order open up your wallet and bend over. Here it comes. Bad idea. They have a dinning room but the dining room is NOT open. Your also not allowed to come inside to place an order. ( Big sign hang up says place order here) they have a drive thru to place an order but you have to come back in 15 min. UGH! Just go across the street to Little Caesar's. So ridiculous, should be a delivery only place. read more

The service was very good.. Pizza Hut doesn't taste the same. I honestly haven't ate Pizza Hut since like 2017 but everything is different from when I ate it last. That is why I gave it 2 stars. This place is so disappointing. We ordered a pizza half extra pork sausage half extra pepperoni and we received a burnt half pepperoni and burnt half hamburger pizza. Paid for extra meat and didn't get it. Also don't EVER order a chocolate chip cookie because it will be burnt. The owners know there is a problem and do absolutely nothing to make it better. I hate to give them a 1 star review. The owners don't deserve that-BUT-the kids (high school and college) working in here CANNOT follow directions to save their life. We finally stopped trying to eat here when we knew the owners wouldn't be working. From ridiculous wait times to getting items one at a time with large waiting times in between items to just flat out getting every single order wrong, we're done. I won't eat here simply because the owner (managers, whatever you want to call them) are very rude. He will loudly complain and gripe out his employees in front of customers during the lunch buffet. I love this place (my family comes regularly) but the last year or two the service has gone down hill and the cleanliness is not up to par. Tables stay dirty for a while and seems they don't ever vacuum. Just not what we had all growing up when coming to eat. Now we would rather order online and pick up then come inside to eat. The management is unfriendly. It took them an hour to make one simple plate, by the way there were only three booths full. Their food is not fresh at all. Run and go the other way. The worst place in Weatherford, Ok. If I could leave no stars I would. First the smell of musty carpet just overwhelms you. The floors was covered with food, the wait time just for drinks was over 15 minuets. Places our order for a Large one topping pizza, 6 wings, breadstick with cheese. While placing my order I asked nicely and repeated that nothing should be cooked too hard. Got our food everything was too hard. The pizza was so greasy that I had to take the paper towels to absorb some of the grease. The wings are no longer cooked in the oven (deep fried with the sauce squeezed over it, some wings didn't have sauce). I waited over 20 minuets for the waiter to come and finally I asked her to come to our table. Waited another 7 minuets. She asked to remake the pizza by that time I was just ready to go. She offered us a $4 coupon on a order that was more then $25. I asked to speak to the manager twice and the manager wouldn't come out. All and all it was a waste of our time and money only to leave hungry!! read more
