We live only 4.5 miles away, yet instead of telling us right away they wouldn't deliver here, they waited an entire HOUR before finally saying they refused to deliver. So they had no problem taking the order and wasting our time, but somehow couldn't tell us from the start? If 4.5 miles is too far, say that immediately instead of making people sit around waiting for food that was never coming. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time.
