Dish also lacked grease and for it being absolutely covered in cheese, bacon, and sausage, I was happier than heck that there were no grease pools. Service was good, although they lagged a bit with refills - they get insanely busy though so I get it. Again, they compensated with good vibes, suggestions, overall interactions so I wouldn't worry about a lack of attention here.
