We went for a weekday lunch and they have beef ribs on special every Wednesday. Glad I did! They were definitely huge. I asked for no beans, but got the coleslaw, cornbread, and fries, that came with it. While the sides were good, I focused on eating the ribs in-house because they were piping hot and the fries and cornbread could be easily heated later, if needed, without overcooking. The beef ribs take a bit longer, so keep it in mind if you're in a rush. The barbecue sauce had a nice kick to it, not necessarily spicy, but a kick, and also sweet and a bit tangy. The meat wasn't fall-off-the-bone and had some chew, which I didn't mind. Huge portion for sure! There was also a generous portion of fries. I call them Costco fries because most people understand what I'm talking about when I say that's the kind of breading/fry. I loved that cornbread came with the meal and wasn't an additional cost. I just wish it came with a pat of butter or something. If you're looking for a toddler-friendly meal, you can get the Buffalo fingers starter just plain, without it tossed in sauce. There are a ton of different awards, articles, posters, and signs that line the walls, including one that says they're now pouring Broadhead Amber Ale. Service was great, very attentive, fast, and friendly. We came just before the lunch rush, around 11:30-11:45am and there were plenty of tables and it was easy to order and receive our meals in a timely fashion. The wings are fresh and never frozen, halal and made to order with a crap load of house made sauces. The onion rings are made in house from scratch. The order: 20 wings with onion rings - instead of the 3 sauce offer, I asked for 4 sauces and while they said it was and extra $2, they didn't end up charging me extra. I got the spicy mayo, Parmesan, hot honey and honey garlic. They were all really good and I certainly don't have any complaints - from a personal perspective, I just wouldn't get the spicy mayo.
