We came for the pizza, but let's get into that chicken, baby. Oh my goodness that chicken is well seasoned juicy in every way from the white meat to the dark meat its juicy and well season, The vegetables they are not water down. They're real vegetables, corn, green beans, and let's not forget the potatoes. They're not box potatoes. So review of the pizza buffet the pizza is really good. It is a thin crust pizza.almost like Chicago thin crust They have pepperoni, sausage and cheese. A couple other specialty pizzas as well and they got garlic bread. The price is reasonable you can drinks and unlimited buffet spending less than $15 a piece is not bad. The service is great the Employees are very Friendly and Polite a rarity from where we're from. So disappointed in this location. I am a long time fan of this chain but this branch needs close examination. Hopefully this isn't a company wide indication of issues? Service poor/inattentive. Restaurant and bathrooms filthy. Employees eating at a table while many other tables were left uncleared. Asked for ranch dressing which was empty from two containers and it never got refilled. Poor/old selection at pizza bar. No chicken for almost 30 minutes, then a small batch came out, burned. People who were desperately waiting for a taste lept up to scavenge the small offering. Then waiting another 10-12 minutes only to see another small batch of rubbery, burned chicken. If it was my first visit to a pizza ranch it would most definitely be my last. May give the chain one more change because of historical hood experiences but done with this location! read more

On a Friday night after my daughters soccer practice, my family of 6 was very hungry. While waiting in line to pay, I noticed the buffet ended in 20 minutes, but the people in front of us ordered the buffet and I figured they'd keep making pizzas since people were still buying. But I was wrong. They didn't put out any more food, so I paid $50 to split a medium pepperoni with my family and the guests who ordered before us. The other guest asked the manager if he would put a Canadian bacon & pineapple in the oven, but the manager just said he would if he had one on hand, but wouldn't make one because the buffet was about to close. The buffet was good, the employees struggled to keep up with the hot food items on the buffet the night we went. Gravy was a little unappetizing looking, it was really lumpy. I have been here three times and I am a fan. Employees mostly seem to stay busy, tables could be cleaned and bussed with a bit more frequency. read more

If I could rate this pizza ranch 0 stars I would. The help they have is deplorable at best. I was there 2 weeks ago and the food was awful, they hardly restocked the warmers and what they did put out was either burnt or cold. One of the girls working was so high she could barely walk, the manager had a snooty attitude the moment our group walked in the door; literally saying outloud "Jesus Christ". The kitchen staff shouldn't be anywhere near that building. I cannot believe they would hire someone to work in a family friendly environment, knowing he finds loading up on dope and molesting his own child acceptable. 10/10 would not recommend. read more

If it were possible to give this establishment NEGATIVE stars I would. We went to Pizza Ranch at 7:00 pm on 8/24/18, which was within the posted time frame of their buffet. There was very little food available (see photos) and they only brought out some mashed potatoes and chicken over the next 20 minutes. I was reimbursed the $35.00 I spent, but it was an extremely disappointing experience. We will not return to the Pizza Ranch until it is under new management. read more

We ate at the supper buffet and it was disappointing. The chicken wasn't hot and it seemed like they couldn't keep the pizza stocked with fresh pizza. They had lots of old pieces and they didn't start bringing out fresh pizzas until we were ready to leave. read more

Zero stars. Salad bar island was filthy--probably hadn't been wiped down all day. Several empty buffet dishes at any given time. No dessert pizzas for the last 30 minutes. Several uncleared, uncleaned tables when we arrived. Ran out of clean forks. No clean plates at one of the islands. Staff was very unfriendly. went in and had a hard time finding a clean table. Sat in a section with 6 tables in it. 5 had plates still on them the one we sat at we had to get someone to wipe off. No one ever did clean the tables off while we ate or even asked to take any off our empty plates from our table. The section next to us probably had another 5 dirty table. Staff non existent. Finally after mentioning something to a worker adding plates to salad bar the manager came out cleaned 2 tables looking totally annoyed the whole time then disappeared. Recently attended a meeting at spencer pizza ranch in the banquet room. Dinner at 6. Meeting at 7. They were told WELL in advance what time to be ready for us to eat. We had maybe you 14 people. They were anything but ready. No pizza, no chicken, no salad, no mashed potatoes. Restaurant was busy too. Keep in mind we prepaid. Every time we came out to try and eat there was a line of people waiting for chicken and basically anything to eat. Same with dessert pizza. No apology from staff or manager. No offer of a refund, nothing! Just people working there that looked like they wanted to be on another planet. Miserable experience. NEVER AGAIN. Total lack of management, and on a Saturday night. Worst Pizza Ranch we've ever been to. My fiance', daughter, n I stopped here during fair week to eat supper. It was 7 p.m. n there were only 3 or 4 tables with ppl eating, every other table in the place was filthy n most were full of dirty dishes, we had to wipe off a table ourselves to sit. The salad bar was only half full n had food mixed together. None of the pizzas at the bar were labeled so u didnt know wut kinds they were. We had to wait for them to bring out chicken..wen they finaly did, it was greasy n half-cooked, very red in the middle. There was no mashed potatos or gravy..we waited over 20 min n as we were leaving, they finaly brought sum out. Needless to say we ate very little n will not ever stop here again. read more
