Hamburger was pedestrian and fries were good tasting but not hot. Cheese quesadilla was hot. Not served with salsa so be sure and ask for some. Decor was fun and Weasy's t-shirts are cute. Server was a 10 star, great attitude and a pleasure. Be sure to get in before 2pm, we just made it! read more

We decided to order a pork tenderloin & side of cheeseballs to-go. It ended up being pretty expensive, over $20 for 1 meal, not including a drink. The food was okay - the tenderloin was a bit greasy and the cheeseballs were a bit mushy on the outside. Overall, the value for the price and the quality of the food was not there for us. read more

Pros: Friendly Service. Portions are extremely large. We ordered the fried pork cutlet sandwich with waffle fries. It was so big we split it. It was served on a fresh ciabatta roll. The cutlet is so big it hangs over all sides of the roll. It was delicious as were the fresh cut and cooked fries. Cons. When we were there it appeared there was only one waitress for the entire area. For a bar/restaurant of this size, they need more waitstaff. We make it a point to stop there every visit to Spencer. read more

A nice quiet, clean restaurant/lounge with a friendly, efficient waitress. We had the patty melt, chicken strips, and Beef stacker sandwiches and all three were great! I am so glad I stumbled on this place. I was doing a performance in town, and made it in 10 minutes before they closed...they were one of the only places still open after 10:00. They never rushed me, and made sure I knew I had the whole menu to choose from. The food is great, and very reasonably priced, with a well stocked bar. It really is the people, though, that make this place. I have rarely felt more welcome and invited to just relax and enjoy the food and company. It's got an easy, lived in, neighborhood favorite vibe to it. I highly recommend this place! read more

Alison, the bartender, is amazing. Every time I go in here I get something different and it never disappoints! Get the chips for sure, they are amazeballs. The prime rib dip is also really good. They have a signature burger but I can't eat it because it has peanut butter on it but I've heard good things about it. I've eaten at this restaurant 4 or 5 times now. Every meal has been out of this world. Large portions quality ingredients and excellent service. Full bar for all your drink needs and 4 or 5 beers on tap. Plenty of seating and everything is so clean. My favorite restaurant in Spencer! read more

Just on the 17th, my family and I went to eat at Weasys for breakfast (they only have breakfast during the fall and winter :/). Mind you, I have a large family, the service was great and the food was even better! I ordered three pancakes and they were delicious and so filling! I will definitely eat there again. read more

Went tonight for the first time. Cocktails were stout and well poured. My Sirloin steak was cooked perfectly rare as ordered. Good baked potato, margarine served not butter as I requested. Dinner side salad was uninspired bagged fare. Doug had the Weaser Pleaser Burger, he enjoyed it and would order it again. We both agree we will be back. Excellent service from our waitress. The bartender let me watch the OSU game on the big screen during the Hawkeye game! Thank you, Bartender! :D. We started off with the spinach & artichoke dip, which is a good and it came with an abundance of tortilla chips. Being a vegetarian, I had to be creative because they don't offer any vegetarian friendly "veggie burger" options. The veggie burger on their menu is a hamburger with lettuce, tomato, etc. I opted for a Reuben without the meat and waffle fries. Delish! My sister enjoyed the special of the day which was a "Dunker" sandwich with a simple side salad. The "Dunker" is a roast beef sandwich with a side of au jus. Additionally, I would go back. read more
