My dad recommended this place as the best spot for cheesesteaks, and since I've had some of the best cheesesteaks around Philly, I had to give it a try. This place absolutely did not disappoint. The cheesesteak was incredible, perfectly cooked meat, great flavor, and the bread was spot on. You can tell they really know what they're doing. One of the top cheese steak places around for sure! I also ordered to go another time and be sure you call ahead with enough time during busy hours they told us 25 mins call ahead is an average time for them. The portion size was solid and everything tasted fresh, which made a big difference. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and easy to talk to. I have ordered from pizza town numerous times. This is our go to place when we visit our friends that live in Jonestown. Today was the first time I actually ate in there and it was still good and the service was great. Everyone is friendly, and everything was super clean inside. I wish I would have taken a photo of my salad. This was my first time getting a salad there (Greek chicken) and it was huge for a sit down salad. Their pizza is always great so if you are around the area I would choose them over anyone else. Also their wings and fried mushrooms are good as well! read more

I recently moved right down the block from this place and have been here at least a dozen times already. I've had salads, subs, apps, dinners and pizza here. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. The bang for your buck is apparent with the generous portions. The dinners and salads are all two-meal worthy, and the larger calzones could feed a small village. Every pizza I've had was cooked to perfection (I personally like thin and crispy). Try the different styles as well, my fav is meat lovers. The adult slushies are also VERY addicting with daily flavors. It's a good thing we're close enough to walk home! They also have an excellent beer selection. If you're looking for dessert they also have a cooler with one serving selections of different desserts. I've had a peanut butter cake thing that was just enough, and an excellent value for the price. The staff is super friendly, efficient, and fast. If you order there they bring your food to you with a smile! On busy days calling ahead would be ideal. I had a wonderful experience at Pizza Town! I was driving around and happened upon this place so I decided to pop in. It's a very small and quaint little shop, they have a whole wall of coolers of beer. I ordered the club panini and a slice of cheese. This pizza is so good. It's NY quality pizza in the middle of nowhere. It's wonderful to be in Jonestown and not be stuck with frozen pizza as the only option. Plus, the workers remember customers: when I come in, the guys cut my slice in half because I've shared with my sister in the past. The slice selection is great, too--not just plain at the counter, but a variety of toppings, like Buffalo chicken pizza, taco pizza, and Caesar salad pizza. Plus, check out that panino sandwich. I've eaten pizza all over the US and this is by far one of the best pizzas I've eaten. I always order a large pepperoni pizza which never disappoints. Recently we ate inside the restaurant. I ordered a meat stuffed slice which was served hot. It came with a large serving of pizza sauce on the side. The sauce is AMAZING. So much good flavor, I thought I could drink it from the serving dish. I smothered my meaty pizza in it. It was an extra large slice I wouldn't have dreamed of finishing. However, the sauce was so tasty I had to sop it up with my pizza. I washed it down with an ice cold coke. They also sell a variety of local and interesting beers. Pizza Town in Jonestown PA is exactly what you expect. A full service local pizza shop with the typical menu.. pizza,subs, salads bolis and some other typical Italian entrees. I go there over lunch time and have tried their pizza, Italian sub, and cheesesteak on various occasions. All are very good, especially their cheesesteaks which have very good rolls (which is the key to a solid cheesesteak, in my opinion). All I want to do is support my local pizza place. The food is good, but the service is awful and as I sit here eating a cheeseburger sub with nothing but burger patties I've finally realized this will be my last order. I'm not picky but we re-read our order twice to them over the phone to confirm our tough order of two subs and a plain cheese pizza because we know our order will get screwed up. It took a hour to get our food. It's complete chaos trying to get your food and the environment in general makes people mad. I pray that the other two pizza shops are open more often because we called them first, but still resorted to Pizza Town because hey how could they screw this up.
