I then kindly asked for the whole order to be refunded because I didn't want to eat from a restaurant that allows bugs in their food. One of my daughters is non verbal and easily could've consumed that if we didn't spot it. Long story short, they wanted to come pick up the pizzas and bring me 2 new ones. I tried to explain that I would not want to eat from a place that has bugs in their food. I asked to speak to the owner, and the owner decided it was better to be frazzled and be in a high emotional state instead of speaking to me in a calm and respectful manner as I did with them. I didn't plan on posting this, but when you can't just have the decency to refund a $40ish dollar order when YOU'RE the one who's wrong, I figured it's best people know what they're getting themselves into.
