The pizza here so flavorful love the full the pasta and spaghetti is the best I have ever had

I have eaten at pizzaberg many times and the food has been so good. Best pizza However, lately the last 2 times it has been absolutely horrible. They load their pizzas and pastas with mounds and mounds of cheese and no substance below all the cheese. Their pizzas that used to be my favourite now are so bad. New tomato sauce (mounds of it) with zero flavour and mounds of cheese and again no substance. Days of me eating there are done!!!! read more

I have always had good luck here. The pizza is great with a delicious combination of cheese and sauce. My favorite it the Ceasar Salad. I actually prefer the one without the chicken the in store made dressing is the secret and I would highly recommend it. read more

This is a great little restaurant. We came here with 12 people, which was a little overwhelming for the 22 seat place but they managed. I've also ordered seven pasta meals to go and taken it home. One of them being gluten free. Every one loved it. This is a great place. The food is simply amazing. Such huge portions and rich flavor. This tiny shop is worth a drive from Calgary. The cesar salad is delicious. Somehow they have created a unique yet still traditional dressing that it a must try on the menu. I have had a number of the pastas and they were all large, large portions and very, very rich sauces. Absolute calorie overload. Bliss. My favourite is a pork medallion dish that has a creamy white sauce. It's pretty much fettuccine alfredo with a delicious twist of tenderloin & mushrooms. Come here. Try it. Great place. read more

We order takeout pizza from Pizzaberg all the time. It's the best pizza I've had in Okotoks, and compares quite favorably with some of the best in Calgary too. Certainly significantly better than the horrid chain pizza you normally find. Think instead the mom and pop Greek or Italian shops around Calgary, where you know the best is found. We will continue to keep going back as long as nothing changes. read more

I have enjoyed Pizzaberg since I was a young child growing up in Okotoks. Their pizza and pasta is always great with a lot of options on their menu. Every time I go I always get the artichoke dip to start and I would definitely recommend that to everyone. Sure Pizzaberg is not the traditional Italian food, but if you enjoy the North American version of Italian food, then this restaurant is the place for you. The prices are fair and the servers are very nice. If nothing else, I think you should eat in the small dining area if there is room instead of getting the take out because it is the best fresh and hot! read more

Wow I can't believe I had to add this place! If you're from okotoks you know all about Pizzaburg. It's the pizza we all grew up on and it's the only original pizza place to survive from the old days (before we had any franchises). Everything on the menu is authentic italian and made with fresh ingredients. The pizza is 2 for 1 and its by far the best pizza in town (may even rival the top places on Calgary) the ribs, Caesar salad, Gnocci, lasagna and brushcetta are all local favorites as well. They only deliver in okotoks and it usually takes 1.5 hrs to arrive but no one cares because it's so freakin good. If you decide to dine in then it's a quaint little cafe-style place that's a perfect spot to bring a date. K, I need to stop because I'm starting to drool...if your in town then check it out! read more

The owners are fantastic the pizza is always hot in fresh fantastic ingredients delivery for me is not an option but pickup has always been on time never had to wait once I place my order. Ok, so this resturant is AMAZING at allergen/gluten free dining. My children have a lot of allergies (a lot) and they were even as thoughtful to open a new apple juice when we arrived for this kids juices just incase it had been cross contaminated. I am so thankful for this resturant. The food is also very good (spicy ribs are my favorite). read more

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because often we can't get in....this place is tiny! The service is fine, but the food. Oh my, the food! This is the only place where, once everyone has had their first bite, they groan with pleasure. Seriously. Not only the best pizza in Okotoks. The best pizza period. I'm from the Capital of Pizza, Montreal, and pizzaberg beats it by a mile (2KM). Tasty, filling, delicious dough. Worth every penny. read more

When my family first moved to Okotoks, Pizzaberg was incredible. Now, the ownership has changed hands. While the new owners seem to have kept the menu and recipes, the quality of the ingredients has gone downhill. The pink sauce on my pasta was a sickly gray, and the chicken? I was expecting maybe grilled chicken breast. What I got was, I think, some dark meat off a rotisserie chicken. And I can't even be entirely sure it was chicken. Sorry, but I think this was enough to turn me off Pizzaberg. read more
