I had to wait 10 minutes, but it was totally worth it! Maybe there's one little thing to improve and I'd say that for almost every meal I had in Portugal: I need more salt! Maybe Germans are overdoing it a bit when it comes to salt, even though we know it's not really healthy... but it seems we are - obviously other than the portuguese- used to overdosed salt.
