The dining room was not too large but was made efficient with table placement. We ordered at the counter then were assigned a table by the woman who took our order. There were a few other patrons when we arrived. Our food came out in about ten minutes. I had a double cheeseburger with onion rings and Andrew had a mushroom burger. His burger had a gray mushroom sauce on it that made the burger sloppy. Andrew enjoyed it. My burger was not your typical burger. It seems to be hand made and had some seasoning on it. It was a bit too salty and and also kind of tough. It was good though. The onion rings were typical. Business really picked up while we were there with many more customers. If I were to go back I would get the chicken finger basket. One of our co-diners had that and it looked good.

Classic cheddar cheese not just a Kraft Singles piece of plastic. I ordered the Santa Fe pizza. Loaded with huge chunks of bell peppers, chicken, sliced tomatoes, and the perfect amount of hot banana peppers. Both of us were beyond satisfied and enjoyed our meal. If you're daring or starving they have a 24 oz burger or a 18" ~ 6 lb pizza to try. The milk shakes were delicious; and if you're going to order a pizza, either order 2 or add a glass of water on the side. This is because you're going to be done your drink before your food arrives they're so good. The staff were friendly, quick to tidy the tables as they were emptying and very polite. The dining room was bright, each table painted differently and designed by someone local. Very charming. So coming back when we have time and are driving through.

Service was fantastic and very attentive, the place filled out quickly but still ensured we had quick service! Would come back! Ambiance was nice music not too pound and got to watch some curling on the T.V.s

The service was kind and efficient. With such an extensive menu, I am pretty impressed that every meal we ordered was delicious and fresh. I had the Greek chicken souvlaki and it was phenomenal. Supposedly the chef is Greek and it shows. 10/10 The burger was also a huge hit. The fries are perfectly crispy! 10/10 The cheese pizza was good. We could really taste the Parmesan and crust was thick. 8/10 The fettuccini Alfredo was creamy and a good portion. 9/10 The children also enjoyed their meals. I would return if in the area for sure!

Perfect roadside stop for those camping during wetter days or on a rural Alberta travels. We stopped here after packing up from camping for brunch. Basic grill items (my cousin really loved her fish burger) and a huge variety of hearty breakfast options. I went with my classic choice Eggs Benedict with potatoes chunks (there was an option for shredded). Decent size of meal but nothing spectacular about the breakfast. Looking for simply solid food, this is the place to go in this part of Alberta. Next door is a flea market of sorts (only noticed it as I was driving away but that could be fun to check out first and then go for food afterwards before heading back to camping). I appreciated the ramp along the side of the building as the stairs up were really tough on my knees. Lovely staff and calm atmosphere within the restaurant. I'm sure I'll be back again when we go camping next year.

A small little cafe just off the intersection of the A-12 (on your way to Stettler) and the 835 (which leads to Buffalo Lake), the grill is a nice rest and good food. On my visit today, I tried the Erskine Burger, which is a 6oz patty overwhelmed with mushrooms, cheese and gravy. And it was excellent. The patty was perfectly cooked, homestyle, not a frozen thing smashed into tastelessness. The patty was juicy, flavorful and cooked right. The mushrooms held into the melted cheese were great and the layer of gravy made it a real Canadian treat! The dining area is small but can fit a crowd of about 20. The staff is very kind and answered our questions and explained everything. Prices were very reasonable and we had lunch on a budget of about 28 for two people which is very good these days. I will definitely be back. If you have a chance to visit the Erskine Grill, I strongly encourage to do so. Happy travels, and happy eating!
