I got to chat with the owner for a bit and he was really nice and passionate about his business. It's a mound of carpaccio covered with an absolutely disgusting sauce (which is a "truffeled mayonaisse). * Pizza Capricciosa: Soggy and under-baked. * Pizza Diavola: the "spicy salami" was not spicy.
