Every single time I call and try to order it takes him two or three attempts at punching in my credit card #. On more than one occasion, items I ordered were omitted. On another occasion, it wasn't forgotten, but they supposedly forgot to charge me for it, resulting in me paying in cash at the door. I know this is pure speculation, but the thought crossed my mind that this was an employee scam. An attempt to pocket some extra cash. Even after asking on several occasions for paper plates and napkins they were ignored. Almost as if they know those in quarantine are at their mercy and really have few other choices, so why bother going the extra mile? In summation, the food quality is hit or miss. A few items, e.g., the chicken cordon blue = really good! Pizza isn't bad. Spaghetti? Pretty dry! Food hack tip... order their cheese soup and then pour it on the spaghetti, mix thoroughly. As we were finishing dinner, one of the service staff (who I learned was also the cook) decided to give several insults, including that one of the dogs we had with us stunk and made eating a catastrophic experience. Interestingly enough, this only happened after we were getting ready to leave. He continued his insulting comments through our paying and leaving. In an ironic twist, we've all had to shower since reeking of smoke after leaving. Lest this be misconstrued as a cultural or language issue, my friend is a native German speaker, and I spoke German exclusively to the staff.
