And we are in a ski resort where you'd expect everything to be expensive. The pizzas were simple and as should be. Very good. We had several of their many options and they were all excellent. The staff was friendly, the restaurant looks great and it was very busy when we picked up our pizzas.

For lunch we had the bruschetta and gnocchi. It was exactly what I had been craving. We returned with friends in the evening and enjoyed the salmon, roasted rosemary potatoes, bolognese and pizza. Everyone enjoyed every bit! The best pizza I have had in a long time. The crust tasted good and was perfectly cooked. I have to mention the wait staff at lunch and dinner were excellent! Very helpful and I was impressed at the number of languages one of the young ladies spoke. They all seemed to enjoy working there. That made the atmosphere very pleasant.

In any case, the diavola had tomato sauce, mozzarella, salami, pepperocini, letscho, and garlic. What is letscho you ask? I didn't know either, but I looked it up beforehand and the internet said it's a vegetarian stew. What is that doing on pizza?! Well let me tell you - it was DELICIOUS. The sauce had SO much flavor, and they put dollops of it mostly on top of the salami so the pizza did not get soggy. The combination of all the ingredients was delightful and amazing. The outer bread crust was so soft and chewy, and there was olive oil to dip it in (we took it ourselves in the corner with all the condiments). The bottom crust throughout the pizza was lightly crispy, not soggy at all. The entire pizza was delicious from beginning to end - literally zero complaints. It was 15 euros which is pretty much on-par with other restaurants around the area. Definitely recommend!
