They offer the local Ferrera cuisine among other things. Cuisine religiously served and consumed for hundreds of years.
I ordered the local dish, Cappellacci di zucca, which is a stuffed pumpkin pasta. We ordered the Tagliatelle ragu and spaghetti Alla Carbonara. For dessert, we ordered the tiramisu.
The service is good, atmosphere is good, and food is good. Not the fine dining offered in the town, but is very good at getting people in/out in a busy environment.
If you're not looking for a Michelin star than give them a try.
