Until management addresses how their staff treats customers, I would advise looking elsewhere--you'll find plenty of good pizza in the city without the side of hostility. There are a lot of reservations here for later in the evening and it's a medium sized place, but if you come earlier they have no problem letting you sit wherever you like, though you will be reminded repeatedly of how much time you have left before you have to go if you run up against the reservation time.
