I personally actually didn't mind it at all and enjoyed the mild sweetness in the potatoes, but my sister didn't like the flavors mixed. We enjoyed the Parmigiana pizza and the Paglioni pasta. We didn't understand at first because it was quite loud and then he ended up slowly saying, "Do. You. Understand?" While he said that I noticed a bartender shaking his head looking at us like we were idiots and started laughing with a waitress while looking over at us. That's not all... he seated us with no menus. I was looking at the menu online until a waiter finally brings some after a few minutes. That same waiter seemed stressed and said the f word after walking away from another table. We order our food and he brings some bread over... I honestly believe this was at another table that didn't finish it because it came to our table looking like this!! I didn't even touch or move it at all. I looked at everyone else's bread and it was nicely sliced. LOL insane. The pizza and steak we got were pretty good but the service was so terrible. I genuinely believe they all hate being there or they hate tourists. I'm sure there are better places in Zermatt with friendly staff and food that is just as good. Definitely go elsewhere.
