Now I have to say, I have seen him get a haircut many times and it usually takes under 10 minutes. Luis was a perfectionist and spent so much time making sure everything was perfect. He is absolutely one of the best barbers I have ever had. He is always attentive and listens and asks exactly what you want, so you will never be disappointed. The barbershop is well decorated and feels like you're almost in a lounge. The staff of barbers all treat you like family when you walk in either entrance and are always willing to help you find your way. One of the things I love about this place is their use of tech. He asked me if I wanted to have my beard shaved with a razor, and I said, "No, I trim it myself with clippers," and then I pointed to his clippers to indicate what I meant. He took that for a request to use his on me, and about two minutes later, my bill had almost doubled. Note: His English isn't all that great, and he tends to mumble a lot. He never communicated that what he was going to do would cost extra. I told him I'd pay the bill, but that I was never coming back again. To be fair, I suppose in his mind, he had simply sold me an extra-cost option. But, in my mind, I never agreed to it, and would never have if I had been asked.
