You could see on his face that he had no idea what he was doing. Then another barber came over, started cutting my son's hair, and was teaching the first guy at the same time! My son ended up with his hair super short-like, way too short, and completely shapeless, even though his hair was pretty long before. It was a horrible experience. They messed up my son's hair badly.
