DONT buy from this dealer!!! i would give less than 1 star if allowed…read more... i had been open with my communication, they don't take deposits or hold trucks, i worked out a deal and was approved for financing, i had to come down the end of the week for logistics, salesman was fully aware and good. Upon my departing for my 10+ hr drive, i was told the General Manager had an appointment to show the truck i was approved for, GM NEVER called me as i asked him too, tharts cowardly and poor business, i was on my way out of town to finalize this. Crossroads ended up selling the truck and telling me they wer sorry. They have very very poor business ethics and the GM runs the dealership poorly if that's how they operate. i purchase alot of trucks and this was by FAR the worst experience ever, for them to sell my truck the day i was coming, and the salesman was aware!! BUYER BEWARE!!

I called first thing in the morning for a vehicle we had seen online the night before that we had been searching for months to find. I spoke with the Manager Vic and he said he would have it ready when we got there which was a few hour drive away. When we got there is was waiting along with David the Sales Associate who quickly got the paperwork done while they had the vehicle detail and filled it up with gas. If you want professionals this is your spot and worth the drive. Now I have one very Happy Husband cruising around in his new Bronco.

don't buy from this place!!! nothing but issues that nooone can seem to diagnose since having the…read morecar only a month and a half!! new battery, new alternator money out of my pocket even with an extended warranty yet the car wouldnt crank once again today. completely dead!! i've been on the side of the road at night broken down waiting on a tow for hours. a tow i had to pay $200 bucks for because the warranty co. was closed after 7pm. michael jordan father was robbed and murdered after being on the side of the road in this very town, lumberton nc driving a red sports car. guess what kind of car i was on the side of a dark country road in with 30 day tags: you guessed it a red sports car! i could have been killed messing with these crooks! i put over 3k down on. a car i cant enjoy! i've been broke down more times then i can count. ubers to pick me up? 3 times. ubers to pick me up after dropping it off at the shop? twice! towing cost after hours? over $500 dollars! the warranty only reimbursed me $150!!! cost to fix the alternator? $800... warranty only covered $450. insurance down when purchased:$265, insurance payment since having the car: $256. car payment made since having the car$460. down payment: $3,200!! add all that up! all for them to ignore my pain, not once did the salesman brandt follow up, not after the sale, not once after several breakdowns. the guy who claims to fix it each time made me cry after speaking to me like i was a child about the issues i was having! over talking me on the phone, told me their was nothing wrong with the car after the 2nd time i had it towed back to them? asked me why did i tow it to them and said it only needed the battery jumped; wow really??? a new battery you just installed needs jumped and that was the issue!!!! i think not, today made the 5th time i went to crank the car and it was completely dead. smh, im so upset its unbelievable!! youve been warned! buyer beware
