I'd booked with a different company, who texted at the last minute that they weren't going to be there on time. Not getting a new time, I reached out again to those who had responded. Metro had originally stated that they could come out on Friday. I didn't want to wait that long, so I got on their list to see if they'd make it out on Thursday. I was contacted a short time later that someone would be out between noon and 4. Relieved, I got back to work. It was close to 3 when the nice young man arrived. I let him in and ge went right to work. Less than 30 minutes later, he'd cleaned out and tightened everything that caused the issue. The cost was $120. This was a quick,inexpensive repair with very friendly service. I've already given their name to a friend who's having plumbing issues at his home. Thanks Metro! I got an estimate for plumbing work to be done on a house I was considering buying. The company…read moregave me a 4-hour window when they could come and they went to the house outside of that time frame. It took them two more days to get the estimate to me and it did not arrive when they said it would. When they got it to it to me, it was too late and they did not give me the estimate in the way that I asked for it. Communicate with the company was not acceptable, I could not get ahold of the person I needed to talk to, they would not let me email with them.
