Not Hanai. Here were warmly welcomed and they offered immediate service, even staying late to receive us as we traveled over an hour to get there. She was able to meet our need to have Henry privately cremated and returned to us the following day. I also wanted him placed in a box my grandfather had made. The space was so warm and welcoming. And by the door of the farewell chapel (for a lack of a better term) was an "H". That was my sign. I was leaving my Henry in good hands. The next day were were called and able to pick him up early! The whole process took less than 24 hours. My questions, concerns and worries were all addressed. My need to have my baby cocooned in his blanket with his fav toy was not questioned. She was able to wrap Henry's ashes in a section of the blanket. They took lovely paw prints for us. They understood how special Henry was to us and our need to have him returned home to us before the holidays. I can not say enough good words about Hanai and the people who operate it. You can trust your furry four-legged babies in their hands and to ease you stress during difficult times. I highly recommend Hanai Pet Cremation. I also must add she lovingly helped us remove Henry from the van and place him in the "chapel" She was so kind and understanding. My Henry would have liked her..

We failed to read the reviews before bringing one of our boys in after we moved to Faribault last…read moreyear. They were all extremely accurate except for one that gave it more than one star. If I was an animal lover and chose a career in veterinary medicine, it would be because I love animals. This is not the case at this clinic. The office staff showed no compassion either to the animals or to the animals owner. After insisting on meeting the veterinarian face-to-face, I better understand why there are 7, 1 star reviews. Shame on the entire medical for their inhumanity. Fix yourselves!

Zero stars. Ever since moving to Faribault, I've taken my pets here. They are AWFUL! My pug…read morerecently had her fist seizure and when calling the emergency line, no one picked up. Not only that, but when we took her in, they gave her a bag of fluids and the ve was nothing short of aggressiv. She was squeezing the fluid so hard and the IV came out twice! A month or two ago, I'd taken my Mini Aussie to get some vaccinations and the nurses were so mean. They put a plastic muzzle on her face which was obviously too small for her, they got another person in the room to hold her down and then they had the nerve to tell me to back up. My poor dog was so scared, she's never bitten anyone unless she got a bit too feisty while playing so there was no need for the muzzle. My dog HID behind me, even when they were trying to get a rhythm and was crying the whole time. These people had the nerve to raise their voices at a scared puppy and they even gave her a shot in the WRONG SPOT. My dog yelped, she almost never doe, and the vet just kept telling her assistant or whatever to hold her down more. Note: My dog had only been there once for spaying and was constantly pawing at the door. They were way too aggressive with her and I'd sue if I could.

Oh man. As a veterinarian, I'm not normally on "this side" of the veterinary table. I had to put my…read moreown beloved 14-year-old pit bull mix to sleep, and I had contacted another cremation service - while they were great at communication, they couldn't fit us in at 6 pm for dropping off my dog's body. It was frustrating, because I really didn't want my family to have to deal with "much" during this trying time. (e.g., didn't want my dog's body in the garage overnight). A veterinary colleague recommended "Pets Remembered Cremation Service" and I had an amazing experience. They were super responsive, had clear communication in a time of grief, and had an after hours fee which allowed me to drop off my dog's body at a time that worked for us. When I got there, they were so compassionate and empathetic, and really treated my dog's body with respect. I really appreciated the space (e.g., grieving room) and them greeting me at the door with guerney (with blankets and a pillow on it). I got my dog's ashes back the next day and the presentation was beautiful - a beautiful bag, temporary cardboard tube for his ashes, and the most heartwarming nose print and paw print memorial. It made the passing of our dog was made so much more peaceful because of Pets Remembered Cremation Service. THANK YOU for the service you offer to pet owners and veterinary professionals alike.

We were worried that if we can really have him back, but Gini from the Pets Remembered made sure that they will have Neo from the lab. It's not easy to say goodbye to him, but Gini was always there for us. If you are looking for a pet cremation place, this is the one. Talk to Gini, she will be there for you. Thank you so much, the Pets Remembered!
