Jenya (and staff) have consistently returned calls/emails and, unlike many businesses, who might "fudge" their way through a topic about which they're not certain, Rose Tax will refer you to other resources who can assist with your specific questions. I appreciate this - would much rather have someone tell me "I don't know for sure, but here is someone who would be a great resource for you" than "I'm pretty sure it's this" or "I THINK it's probably that." The latter is not helpful! I would definitely recommend.

I was in a really bad spot and was going to owe the federal government $32,000 and the IL state government $12,000. A friend recommended this particular location to me and I was very grateful for their service. I was able to send my information in via email since Elgin was a drive for me (I live in Elmhurst). My rep was Tamika and she asked me to give her a day or two, because she thought she could dramatically reduce the amount owed. I got a call back and was told not only would I not owe the IRS a billion dollars, but I would be getting back $400. She helped me prepare everything over the phone/email, and stayed until 10pm to help me finish. All the reps were very knowledgeable, timely and reliable.
