By far one of the worse experiences I have ever had. This office made a mistake on our taxes, which I can understand it happens, however the aftermath and what this business did after is upsetting. The first mistake was corrected, and we paid the government the money that was owed based on that mistake. It was brought to our attention again there was yet another mistake we had to pay for. At that time Brian claimed the government was incorrect and he was supposedly fixing. This was over two years ago. He has yet to correct it, or even contact us with status.
