Bloomin' Great! We have been using Rose Tax for several years and have always found them to be patient, thorough, knowledgable and professional. Jenya (and staff) have consistently returned calls/emails and, unlike many businesses, who might "fudge" their way through a topic about which they're not certain, Rose Tax will refer you to other resources who can assist with your specific questions. I appreciate this - would much rather have someone tell me "I don't know for sure, but here is someone who would be a great resource for you" than "I'm pretty sure it's this" or "I THINK it's probably that." The latter is not helpful! I would definitely recommend. read more

Right from the start, Jenya took my call rudely. Did not allow me to tell more about myself or ask me questions calmly before I could calm HER down and explain my situation (looking for new tax accountant). Not a one-star because at least she gave me a referral to a person she deemed as reliable for small business. She doesn't do certain forms. read more

I contacted this company to see if they could help with my corporate returns and personal since my accountant wasn't available for a while for being sick. Unfortunately they couldn't however, they were so nice to me and referred someone else who could help. I can tell they would be a company I would do business with based on how kind they were in the response and how helpful they were. To some it's not all about getting paid for knowledge. I got Jenya's name from a friend who is married to a musician which makes writing a return difficult because of all of the details that need to be taken into account. The person who had been doing my taxes in the past was charging me an arm and a leg, and even though he was a CPA he seemed somewhat shady. Jenya, on the other hand, had very reasonable prices and actually found mistakes in what he had been doing in the past. She assured me that she would rectify the situation and that I would be fine moving forward. She is very easy to talk to and makes the process almost fun (if that's possible for taxes!). This year my taxes are a little more tricky. I lived in 2 states in 2013, had relocation benefits through work, was in school, have a deductions from investments that will be applied to school, now have a home office and a totally different job. I know there will be way more to the process, but I have no doubt that she will do a great job! Now that I live in Indiana, I hope that she can still be my go-to gal for taxes moving forward! read more

Jenya did a terrific job with our 2011 tax return and let me tell you, it was not an easy task. We moved to the US in the middle of the year from France and thus had a lot of very specific edge cases I didn't even imagine existed. She spent a lot of time looking for the best scenario and kept asking us the right questions. In the end I am confident that we had the best service and the best result imaginable. Without a tax person, last year I went to H&R Block. This year i would not make the same mistake. After looking through enough ads to make your eyes blurry, I found Jenya. And so glad I did. Probably the best tax experience I have had since I owned my home and stopped doing taxes myself. If Jenya moves, I would have her do my stuff remotely. Very fair price and quality work. Have your taxes prepared by a local tax expert from the comfort of your home. No need to visit us in person unless you feel you need to. Scan and upload your documents or drop them off. Once complete we can review it by phone or video conference, then you esign and pay in the portal and we efile your return. Convenient, cost-effective, professional service. We are familiar with business deductions, rental properties, multi-state filing, depreciation and more. If you would like a quote please include whether you're single or married, how many dependents you have, if all jobs are W2 or are you an independent contractor or self-employed, are you a landlord, do you have investments that report dividends, cap gains or a K1?
